The metrics provided are amazing for evaluating carrier cost and efficiency and addressing any issues. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, and Julie, our account manager, has been very helpful and proactive whenever there are updates to the website. Freight rates can change from day to day, but usually it is a marginal change, but definitely different from quoting with a carrier directly and having them honor that quote rate a few days later.
