It helps so that the fault is easy to find by someone other than the person reporting. **What do you dislike about Whip Around?** If you get caught in the middle of the inspection and your phone dies or something happens you have to start all over again. They are always open to suggestions on ways that they can change the program and make it better. **Recommendations to others considering Whip Around:** If you are looking for a product and your company has a fleet of vehicles this is the program for you. With this program they can do vehicle inspections and checks and if you have maintenance workers on staff if there is something wrong with the vehicle it can be assigned to mechanic and the mechanic will see everything that was noted on the vehicle that needed to be fixed. Once the work is completed it can be marked complete and the work is done without having to be questioned again unless another problem occurs **What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure that the drivers are actually completing the inspections correctly and documenting anything wrong with there vehicle or equipment. The benefits are that everything is accounted for in an easy way and it makes a person look at the inspection prior to the one they are completing and signing off on so they know what is going on prior to their inspection ### 2. I also like how I can track custom services. For example, I have diesel, gas, and big trucks that all need different services at different times. **What do you dislike about Whip Around?** I do not use the inventory portion of the app. Also, I would say the work order reports are a little wonky. When I try to pull them monthly, there is a lot of unnecessary information on the sheet. **What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?** My benefit is the form. I can create a tool list for each truck. So my field guys can access it at any time to confirm they have all their tools accounted for. ### 3. Also, the storage of the old files was cumbersome and not very efficient. I have been able to review all inspections very quickly and have produced copies for court cases. **What do you dislike about Whip Around?** Would like to see an easier way to identify which mechanic performed the repairs. Ease of use. Speed in real-time. I would recommend this to anyone that has trucks. The reporting is the best I have seen. My mechanics get real-time issues. This is it if you're looking for the best software on the market. **What do you dislike about Whip Around?** After running the program for a while, I looked back at the possibility that maybe something could be better or easier to run. I use whip around to keep track of all past maintenace, which saves us from having to refer back to file folders. It is also a great tool to keep track of upcoming maintenance and suggested maintenace. **What do you dislike about Whip Around?** There isn't anything specific that I dislike. The only thing I could point out is that I send the reminders to our staff to do the inspections and half of them ignore it. Having consistency is an internal issue not associated with the whip around platform. **What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have centralized all of our past vehicle records into the whip around system. This allows me to do a simple search in the system to find when brakes were replaced, or a tune-up was done. Many of the things that WP offers work very well.
