This software is easy to use and time saving. Everything is a click away. It allows to manage tools which are easy to implement when we need to make rate confirmations and profit margins. Whether to keep a record of client or a carrier, it gives easy access to send information separately to both of them. Its margin function is easily integrated to set a specific target required when profit in the business is utmost priority. Every function of Aljex is meant to create ease in the business for accounting where tools are in integrated to manage and sort everyone's requirement. I use this software on daily basis whenever a new shipment is prepared on this software. Aljex makes it very simple for me to provide my client with updates on the driver's whereabouts via Macropoint as a goods broker. Also, because of Aljex's tracking technology, a broker can stop pestering the driver by phoning him to find out where he is. It is also really simple to use and put into practice; after a while, aljex becomes second nature to me, so I can build a shipment and book the carrier by delivering frequent rate confirmations in a matter of minutes. The customer service is prompt and really helpful, and integrating it is quite easy. It is so beneficial for all brokers. We can easily make our rate confirmations here with complete trucking company's information. We can easily track our loads at any point of time. The customer and carrier rate confirmations are so upto the mark that we do not have to worry about the customer and carrier rates. It is very easy to use. We can easily upload the carrier and customer rate confirmations here. In case of any carrier back offs we can easilly replace the load with a new carrier here. We can mention all basic information on the load such as complete driver's information like truck no.,trailer no. driver's name and phone no. We can also mention all pick up and delivery information on this with the exact pick up nos. which is so convenient and easy for us. Aljex has made our work so easy. We all create so many shipments and all of them are always available to review whenever we want. Even if we want to check a shipment that was created in past years, we never had an issue with any of them. The data is really easy to access and everything is so smooth. The software ensures that even a small add-on (Ex: Tarps, Liftgate, etc.) in mentioned in the software. Only thing that can be better is the UI. We should implement a Share Option within Descartes Aljex that allows us to send a direct tracking link or relevant data to the customer. Its been a while now since I have used Aljex. The main area that needs improvement is the UI. Pretty outdated and one would think that due to this the software would be smooth, but that is simply not the case. But once i got used to it i can confidently say it is the best software to ever come out in freight industry. As a freight broker Aljex makes it extremely easy via Macropoint for me to give updates to my client on driver's whereabouts. And due to Aljex's Tracking system A broker does not have to bother the driver again and again by calling him for his location. At the same time it is very easy to use and implement as after a point aljex has become my muscle memory so it takes me only few minutes to create a shipment and procceed with booking the carrier by sending frequesnt rate confirmation. Me personally it helps more as my client requires me to send Bill of ladings which is not a hassle for me as the details i put into aljex for shipment auto generates the Bill of lading which is a blessing for me personlally as my client always apprecietes me a little more for sending the bill of lading which eases my clients stress more. I use aljex on a regular basis and as a broker i can easily say after using aljex one can not even think of using any other software. Aljex customer support is extremely helpful whenever a help is required. It helps me as once the carrier company signs the rate confirmation sent from Aljex i have a proof which Carrier company can not deny that they have booked a load with me. The instruction section in aljex helps me to put extra details regarding the shipment. Especially when oi have multiple pick and drop shipments. Aljex easily lets us add the pick and stops which prevents any confusion for the carriers. ### 37.
