### 1. Easy Collaboration with Zoom Workplace

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use for meetings and team communication. Joining meetings is quick, and features like screen sharing and chat make it convenient to collaborate with others. The interface is simple enough that I can use it without spending much time figuring things out. I use Zoom through my organization, so I don't personally pay for it. From my experience, the features are useful for regular meetings and collaboration, but I can't personally evaluate the value against the subscription price.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the experience depends a lot on the internet connection, especially during video meetings. The number of features can also feel a little overwhelming at first, and occasional audio or video issues can happen during longer meetings

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps make remote meetings and team communication easier. It saves time by allowing us to discuss things quickly through video calls and screen sharing instead of having to meet in person. It is especially useful when working with people from different locations.

 ### 2. Zoom’s One-Click Reliability with Seamless Screen Sharing and Stable Quality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Battier mal B. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** This review contains authentic analysis and has been reviewed by our team

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I love most about Zoom is its absolute reliability and ease of use. It takes just one click to join or host a meeting, making it accessible even for non-technical users. Screen sharing works seamlessly, allowing for smooth presentations and collaborative discussions. Additionally, the video and audio quality remain surprisingly stable, even when connecting over a weaker internet connection or during large group calls. Features like breakout rooms and interactive whiteboards are huge bonuses for team brainstorming sessions.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The free plan’s 40-minute limit on group calls can be quite inconvenient, often requiring you to restart meetings if discussions run long. Sometimes, when a large number of participants join with their webcams turned on, there is a slight lag on mobile devices. The user interface can also feel a bit cluttered due to frequent updates and the addition of too many new features at once.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom completely solves the challenge of remote collaboration and team communication. It allows me to organize quick face-to-face check-ins, present reports to colleagues, and host webinars without complex setups. It saves an immense amount of time on travel and keeps team projects moving forward smoothly regardless of where everyone is located.

 ### 3. Effortlessly Connects Teams, Great for Remote Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mazelo X. | Bakery owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I find Zoom Workplace easy to use, even for those without technical knowledge, which makes joining meetings and online classes a breeze. The audio and video quality are decent, even with poor internet speeds, making it ideal for remote team collaboration, webinars, and online classes. I like how it integrates with email and messaging platforms, which is helpful for using other tools like screen sharing and recording. The platform is reliable for both remote and city areas, helping keep my team connected. The ease of use makes it accessible for everyone, regardless of technical skill.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The chat and collaboration features are less polished compared to dedicated tools like Slack, so I want this issue to be fixed. The free plan has a 40-minute limit on group meetings, which is disruptive.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace because it's easy for everyone, even without technical skills, and it's reliable for team meetings and webinars. It helps keep us connected. However, the chat and collaboration features need improvement, and the 40-minute limit on the free plan can be disruptive.

 ### 4. All-in-One Collaboration Hub That Simplifies Daily Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen S. | Technology writer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through Google using a business email account

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is an all-in-one collaboration platform that brings video meetings, team chat, phone, and whiteboards together in a single app. It makes day-to-day communication simpler and more centralized.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace frequently forces unexpected software updates, which can delay you from joining a meeting when you’re in a rush. The interface also feels cluttered, bloated, and overwhelming, because it tries to pack too many tools into what used to be a simple video app. On top of that, it hogs system memory and drains my laptop battery quickly during long, collaborative team sessions.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works by using a central sidebar for navigation, letting you launch instant communications while the built-in AI Companion continuously drafts notes, summarizes missed threads, and tracks action items in the background. This setup reduces friction between tasks, so your team can collaborate smoothly—whether live on a call or asynchronously throughout the day.

 ### 5. Time-Saving AI Summaries and Handy Notes for More Confident Meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish S. | WordPress Specialist, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most is that, during a meeting or conversation, I can use the built-in note features to capture key points. I also use the virtual background a lot when I’m not in a professional environment, and it helps me attend meetings with professionals more confidently. The AI summaries save me time by helping me remember the main discussion points, and they also help me catch up on anything I may have missed.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

AI-generated summaries are generally accurate, but sometimes they miss important points and lack context, so I still have to review the notes afterward. Some AI features are available only on paid plans, which can be expensive for small businesses. I have also experienced lag and low video quality during meetings.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve the challenges of remote communication, and it’s been useful when I collaborate with foreign clients and colleagues. I regularly rely on features like chat, notes, Teams channels, and AI Companion to stay aligned and keep conversations organized. The AI Summarize feature also helps reduce the chance of missing important information after meetings. And tools like screen sharing and virtual backgrounds help my meetings feel more professional.

 ### 6. Awesome Software for Remote Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like the customizability of the features for backgrounds, the sound quality, and the low price for monthly usage. The UI is top-notch and is very pleasing to the eyes. I can also say that the performance speed of the overall software is snappy. I can appreciate the small AI features that are available if you are into allowing the software complete tasks for you. I have utilized support for a problem and they solved it in minutes. The ability to invite others to co-host is a plus too!

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There is nothing I dislike about the app. The Zoom updates are received without issue. I would like to see other options for connecting to other programs that integrate well.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where do I start?! I like working remotely from my cell phone, computer, and iPad! It allows me to schedule meetings that are important to me. I also like the ability to send calendar invites.

 ### 7. Zoom Makes Live Learning Personal and Interactive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Серафіма . | Learning Experience Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I don't use Zoom just for meetings. For me it's where the learning actually happens. After students finish a module, we jump on a live call, go through real examples, answer questions and discuss things that are hard to explain in a recorded lesson. Those sessions make the course feel much more personal.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I sometimes wish there were a simpler way to keep all meeting recordings and shared resources connected to a specific lesson. It's not a big issue, but it would make following up with students a little easier.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My course gives students the theory, but live sessions are where we discuss real situations and answer questions that come up while they're learning. Zoom makes that part easy. Instead of long email conversations or trying to explain something in text, we can jump on a call, share screens, work through examples together and solve problems in real time. It makes the learning experience much more interactive and personal.

 ### 8. Simple, Reliable Collaboration for Online Classes and Team Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Youssef I. | pharmacist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Organic Review from User Profile:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace because it’s simple and easy to use. It lets me communicate with my team through video meetings, chat, and file sharing all in one place. As a pharmacy student, I find it especially helpful for online lectures, group discussions, and project meetings, since it saves time and keeps collaboration more organized. I also appreciate that it works smoothly on both my laptop and my phone, so I can join meetings from anywhere when I need to.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes use a lot of internet bandwidth and computer resources, which may cause meetings to lag when my connection isn’t stable. I also feel that some of the more advanced features can be a bit confusing for new users and take time to get used to. Aside from those issues, it’s a reliable platform that works well for most of my online meetings and classes.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me stay connected and collaborate effectively when people are in different locations. I use it to attend online classes, join team meetings, share files, and communicate with others without having to meet in person. It saves time, makes teamwork smoother, and helps me stay productive, especially when I’m working on university projects or taking part in virtual events.

 ### 9. Reliable Platform for Remote Meetings and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** EMMANUELA O. | Cloud Analyst & Solution Design Assistant , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

As someone who works remotely, I use Zoom Workplace regularly for team meetings, client discussions, webinars, and technical collaboration. What stands out most is its reliability.

Meetings are easy to join, screen sharing is smooth, and the audio and video quality are excellent.

I also find the AI meeting summaries and calendar integrations useful because they help me stay organised and save time after meetings. Overall, it's a platform that simply works without getting in the way.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The free plan's meeting time limit can be restrictive, and some useful AI and collaboration features require a paid subscription.

The desktop app can also be resource-intensive during large meetings, but overall it has been reliable and easy to use.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of collaborating with remote teams, clients, and stakeholders from different locations. It provides a reliable platform for virtual meetings, screen sharing, webinars, and real-time communication without requiring complex setup.

For me, it has made it easier to conduct technical discussions, attend interviews, participate in webinars, and collaborate on projects efficiently. Features like meeting recordings and AI summaries also help me revisit important discussions and stay organised, which improves productivity and reduces the need for lengthy follow-up meetings.

 ### 10. All-in-One Collaboration Hub with AI-Powered Meeting Summaries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** paresh j. | Software Programmer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Workplace is having meetings, team chat, whiteboards, and phone system all seamlessly connected in one application. The most helpful aspect is the built-in AI Companion, which generates accurate meeting summaries and action items instantly. The biggest upside is eliminating tool fatigue—everything my team needs to collaborate is in one reliable, user-friendly hub

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Navigating between team chats, whiteboard tabs, and meeting windows can feel overwhelming, and finding specific past files or conversation threads in the search bar is not always seamless

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of 'app fatigue' and fragmented communication. Before, our team was constantly switching between separate apps for video calls, quick chats, file sharing, and whiteboarding. By centralizing all these functions into one platform, it has significantly streamlined our daily workflow, reduced software licensing costs, and made cross-functional collaboration much faster and easier to manage

 ### 11. Reliable Platform for Remote Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamilton Q. | Freelance International Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The best thing about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability. The audio and video quality are excellent, screen sharing works smoothly, and it makes remote meetings, interviews, and team collaboration simple and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace works very well overall, but it can be resource-intensive on older devices during long meetings. I also think some advanced settings could be easier to find, making the interface more intuitive for new users. More customization options for notifications and meeting controls would further improve the user experience.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace has solved the challenge of conducting reliable remote interviews, onboarding sessions, and team meetings. Instead of dealing with communication issues or complicated meeting setups, I can quickly join meetings, share my screen, and collaborate effectively with colleagues from different countries. This has improved productivity, reduced the time spent troubleshooting technical issues, and made remote collaboration much more efficient.

 ### 12. Reliable All-in-One Collaboration with Excellent Audio/Video and Time-Saving AI Features

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace provides a reliable and intuitive collaboration platform that combines meetings, team chat, file sharing, and scheduling in one place. The audio and video quality are consistently excellent, even with larger meetings, and integrations with tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and productivity apps streamline daily workflows. The interface is easy to navigate, onboarding is straightforward, and AI-powered features such as meeting summaries and transcripts help save time and improve productivity. Overall, it delivers strong value for teams by making communication and collaboration more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is a strong collaboration platform, but it can become resource-intensive during long meetings or when multiple features are used simultaneously. Some advanced collaboration and AI capabilities are limited to higher-tier plans, which can increase costs for growing teams. I would also like to see a more streamlined interface for managing settings, clearer onboarding for advanced features, and additional customization options for meeting controls and AI-generated summaries.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of keeping distributed teams connected by providing a single platform for meetings, messaging, collaboration, and scheduling. It has reduced the need to switch between multiple communication tools, improved collaboration through reliable video conferencing and screen sharing, and accelerated decision-making with AI-powered meeting summaries and transcripts. As a result, our team spends less time coordinating and more time focused on productive work while maintaining clear communication across projects.

 ### 13. Easy-to-Use and Reliable Zoom Workplace with Strong Integrations and Helpful AI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is easy to use, reliable, and performs well for meetings and collaboration. I especially like its clean UI, strong integrations, and useful AI features for meeting summaries and productivity. The pricing offers good ROI for teams, and onboarding and support are straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The interface can feel crowded as more features are added, and some advanced settings take time to understand. Pricing can also become expensive for larger teams, while AI features may require additional plans. Integrations are generally good, but occasional setup or compatibility issues can add friction.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration challenges by making remote meetings, team discussions, and file or information sharing easier. It reduces the need for travel, improves coordination across teams, and saves time. Its integrations and AI features also help with meeting summaries, follow-ups, and keeping everyone aligned.

I like Zoom Workplace for its clear audio and video quality, easy-to-use interface, and reliable meetings. The screen sharing, chat, and collaboration features work well for team collaboration in virtual mode. I appreciate the recording of training sessions and the ability to take control of others' systems, which makes it effective for our needs. It offers better and more stable audio and video quality compared to what we used before, which was Skype. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

There’s not much to dislike overall but sometimes the number of features can feel a little overwhelming

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for team collaboration in virtual mode with screen sharing and recording training sessions. It offers better and stable audio-video quality and control over others' screens, making it a better fit for our team than Skype.

 ### 15. Smooth, Reliable Team Collaboration in One Place with Zoom Workplace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I've been using Zoom Workplace for daily meetings and team collaboration, and it's been a really smooth experience. The video and audio quality are reliable, and joining meetings is quick and hassle-free. I also like that it combines chat, meetings, screen sharing, and file sharing in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized. The interface is simple to use, even for new users, and it works well across both desktop and mobile. Overall, it has made communication with my team much more convenient and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I don't like is that it can sometimes use a lot of system resources, especially during long meetings, which can make my laptop slow down. Occasionally, joining meetings takes a little longer than expected after an update, and some advanced features are only available on paid plans. Other than that, my overall experience has been good.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace has made it much easier to communicate and collaborate with my team, especially when everyone is working from different locations. It helps us hold meetings, share screens, discuss ideas, and stay connected without needing to be in the same office. It has improved communication, saved time, and made remote work much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

AI Companion Is Becoming More Proactive The biggest change is the evolution of AI Companion from a meeting assistant into something closer to a workplace collaborator. New capabilities include: Taking notes across Zoom meetings, in-person meetings, and even some third-party meeting platforms Creating tasks from conversations Generating documents and reports Helping schedule follow-ups and automate workflows Surfacing relevant information from connected systems automatically 2. Conversations Turning Into Action One trend I like is Zoom's focus on turning discussions into outcomes. Examples include: Automatic task creation from calls and voicemails Personal workflows that automate repetitive work AI-generated follow-up actions and reminders This addresses a common problem where teams spend lots of time discussing work but less time tracking execution. 3. Cross-Platform Note Taking A notable feature is that AI-generated notes are no longer limited to Zoom meetings. Zoom has expanded note-taking and meeting intelligence to work across: In-person meetings Other meeting platforms Phone conversations in some scenarios That makes the information captured by AI more complete. 4. Unified AI Workspace Zoom introduced a conversational work surface that combines: Meeting insights Documents Search AI assistance into a single workspace instead of scattering information across multiple screens and applications.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Reduce Feature Complexity Zoom started as a simple video-meeting product. As it has added: Team chat Phone Whiteboards Docs AI Companion Contact center capabilities the experience has become more complex. A challenge for Zoom is keeping advanced features available without overwhelming users who just want to join a meeting and get work done. 2. Better Follow-Through After Meetings Zoom is excellent at capturing what happened during a meeting. The bigger opportunity is helping teams execute afterward. For example: Automatically assigning owners to action items Tracking completion status Following up on overdue commitments Highlighting unresolved decisions This would make meetings more outcome-oriented rather than documentation-oriented. 3. Stronger Knowledge Management Meeting summaries are useful, but organizations also need long-term knowledge retention. Common questions include: Why was a decision made? What alternatives were considered? Which meetings discussed this topic? Zoom could do more to organize meeting intelligence into a searchable knowledge layer rather than a collection of individual summaries.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too many disconnected tools
Zoom Workplace combines meetings, chat, phone, docs, whiteboards, notes, and AI features into one platform. That means fewer app switches and less context loss during the workday.
Wasted time in meetings
AI-generated summaries, transcripts, highlights, and action items reduce the need for manual note-taking and help people catch up quickly if they miss a meeting.
Remote and hybrid collaboration friction

 ### 17. Centralized Diagnostics and AI Recaps That Streamline Major-Incident Response

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Centralized Diagnostics brings video, chat, and phone into a single pane of glass, which reduces tool fatigue during major-incident bridges. The AI Companion Recaps generate instant, accurate post-incident meeting summaries and action items, helping slash our Mean Time to Document (MTTD). Persistent Chat Channels keep critical triage notes and links available before, during, and after emergency war-room calls. On top of that, the reliable performance—low latency and rock-solid uptime—means high-stakes, cross-functional troubleshooting calls don’t drop when it matters most.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Resource Heavy: The desktop client can consume high CPU and RAM during multi-party calls, which occasionally slows down local system logs and debugging tools.

Notification Overload: Alert settings for always-on chat channels can get noisy and are hard to fine-tune, especially during active, high-priority incidents.

Web-UI Clutter: In the admin portal, locating specific older cloud recordings or meeting logs takes too many clicks, which is frustrating during audits.

Strict Breakout Rooms: During large-scale training sessions, support engineers can’t move between breakout rooms on the fly without host permissions.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siloed Incident Communication: Eliminates the need to switch between separate chat tools and video lines during critical system outages. Losing Track of Triage Context: Helps prevent critical technical links and notes from getting lost when they’re pasted into temporary meeting chats. Manual Incident Documentation: Reduces the tedious work of manually logging timeline events and action items after the post-mortem.

 ### 18. Zoom Workplace: Seamless All-in-One Hub That Streamlines My Workflow

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I love how it brings everything together. Rather than constantly switching between apps, having video calls, team chat, shared documents, and scheduling all in one seamless hub keeps my workflow smooth and saves a ton of mental energy for me.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace aims to be an all-in-one hub, but it can feel cluttered. For users who just want a reliable tool for video calls, the constant additions—whiteboards, extensive app integrations, notes, and AI companion features—have made the interface bulky, harder to navigate, and heavier on computer performance.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace addresses the fragmentation of remote collaboration by bringing video conferencing, team chat, calendar management, and document sharing into a single platform, effectively eliminating the productivity loss caused by constant app-switching. Centralizing these tools—along with built-in AI summaries and recording transcripts—helps ensure critical project data and action items don’t get lost across disparate software. For a user, this streamlines daily workflows, reduces mental fatigue, and creates a unified environment where an AI collaborator can seamlessly access context to organize tasks and drive projects forward.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is that everything I need is in one place. I use it for meetings, team chats, and calls, so I don't have to switch between different apps. The video and audio quality are reliable, screen sharing is easy, and meeting recordings are very helpful when I need to go back and check something. It has made communication with my team much smoother and saves me time every day.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I don't like about Zoom Workplace is that it can use a lot of system resources, especially during long meetings. Sometimes the app feels a bit slow when many features are open at the same time. I also think some settings are difficult to find. A simpler layout and better performance would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zoom Workplace, we had to use different apps for meetings, chats, and calls. Now, everything is available in one place, which makes communication much easier. It helps us schedule meetings, share screens, chat with teammates, and review recordings when needed. This has saved time, improved teamwork, and made it easier to stay connected, especially while working remotely.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Our zoom workspace allows us to keep all of the users in one location and as the admin I can see who is using their account and from where. This has helped us to manage usage and determine who is using the account.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

My only issue with workplace is we would like to see more security features on the recordings. We have had some issues with recordings being accessed and we would like to see more passwords on recordings.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have moved most of our meetings to virtual which has saved people coming into the office. This has also helped when someone is running late for an in person meeting and we can start and just add them to zoom. I have also liked the ability to record meetings and then I can go back and extract extra notes that I need.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to use and how reliable it is for everyday professional communication. Joining meetings is fast and straightforward, the audio and video quality are consistently strong, and tools like screen sharing, chat, and meeting recording help make collaboration smoother and more efficient. The interface feels intuitive, so even new users can find their way around without much effort. Overall, it has been a dependable platform for virtual meetings and ongoing team collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One drawback of Zoom Workplace is that it can consume a significant amount of system resources during long meetings, particularly when I’m running multiple applications at the same time. At times, the connection quality also depends heavily on how stable the internet is, which can disrupt the overall meeting experience. In addition, some of the more advanced collaboration and productivity features are only available on paid plans, which may feel limiting for smaller teams or individual users.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me address the challenge of communicating and collaborating with teammates who work from different locations. It brings virtual meetings, screen sharing, chat, and file collaboration into a single platform, which makes it easier to discuss projects, share updates, and resolve issues in real time. As a result, communication has improved, the need for in-person meetings has decreased, and I’m able to stay productive thanks to faster collaboration and more efficient decision-making.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace includes a lot of advanced tools compared with other services like Google Meet. The desktop version is especially strong: having a dedicated desktop app is really useful, and it feels very responsive. I also like the noise-cancellation settings, the video effects, and the AI features.

That said, the free version limits meetings to 40 minutes, which feels quite low. If you use it frequently, though, you can buy the premium plan. Onboarding is easy as well—I can log in with one click using Google. The design looks good and it has dark mode, and the UI is simple enough to understand. It also offers good sharing options and a whiteboard, and it can connect with Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

the free version only has a time limit of 40 mins which is quite less. This may help increase their conversion rate to premium users but i think the time limit should be 1 hour.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before it was difficult to conduct online classes as there was not a dedicated software specialized for this. But after zoom came, it simplified our work and it is very easy and hassle free to conduct online classes or meeting between us.

Meetings are straightforward to join, the video and audio quality is generally reliable, and features like screen sharing and chat make it simple to work with others without having to switch between too many tools.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming due to the sheer number of features and settings. It takes some time to get familiar with everything and figure out what you actually need. On top of that, occasional connection or audio issues can be frustrating, especially when they happen in the middle of a meeting.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace makes it easier to communicate and collaborate with my team, especially when we’re working remotely or from different locations. Occasionally, connectivity issues or meeting lag can occur when internet connections are unstable. Some advanced features also have a learning curve for new users

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I find the video-meeting experience of Zoom Workplace to be a significant strength. Scheduling, hosting, or joining meetings is easy, and the ability to share screens, use meeting chat, and communicate through audio and video adds to its functionality. I appreciate the platform's meeting summaries, AI note-taking, captions, and other productivity-enhancing tools. I also find it valuable for team collaboration, as it allows communication through Team Chat, document creation and sharing, and task management within the same ecosystem. The AI features that help summarize meetings and assist in catching up on conversations are particularly helpful. I like how Zoom Workplace supports remote and hybrid work, enabling communication among team members in different locations. The Zoom Rooms and workspace tools make it easier to connect office workers with remote employees. Overall, I think the platform is powerful and versatile, combining reliable online meetings, communication tools, productivity features, and AI assistance, making it suitable for various users.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I feel that the platform can feel more complicated because of the large number of tools. I also find the video quality lacking.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for easy scheduling, screen sharing, and chat in video meetings. Its tools enhance my productivity and team collaboration. I rely on AI note-taking for managing meetings and connecting our remote team, but feature access varies by plan.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like how easy it is to navigate and use other applications within the app. It’s also super simple for non-tech-savvy people. Everything is very self-explanatory, and what you need is right where you expect it to be.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

When I’m not using the premium package, the 40-minute timeframe feels very short. I really wish it would be extended to at least an hour, or even an hour and a half.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it helps a lot during the interview process, especially when you have multiple interviews. It’s easier to connect through video as a first filter, just to get to another person and move things along. It makes everything simpler because you don’t waste people’s time, and you don’t have to go out to the office, travel, and do all of that. Overall, that’s something I find very helpful.

The Zoom app is a highly reliable, feature-rich, and user-friendly platform that remains the gold standard for video conferencing.
User Experience: The clean, intuitive interface makes starting or joining meetings effortless with just a single click, requiring minimal technical setup.
Performance: It delivers consistent HD video and audio quality, maintaining high stability even on lower-bandwidth internet connections.

Flexibility & Access: Works across desktop, web, and mobile devices, making it accessible from anywhere.
Value: The free tier offers generous functionality for quick check-ins, while paid plans provide expanded time limits, cloud recording, and advanced admin controls for businesses.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace makes communication and collaboration straightforward, whether I’m working remotely or in the office. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, meetings are easy to schedule and join, and features like screen sharing, chat, recordings, and calendar integration help keep everything running smoothly. It also makes it simpler to prepare meeting minutes, track discussions, and follow up on action items afterward.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is generally reliable, but I occasionally run into issues with recordings, transcripts, or participant audio settings that end up creating extra work after meetings. When I’m managing larger meetings, troubleshooting these technical hiccups and double-checking that recordings have been saved correctly can sometimes take more time than it should.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to spend a lot of time coordinating meetings across multiple locations and ensuring discussions, decisions, and action items were properly documented. Zoom Workplace helps me manage and document meetings more efficiently with features such as recordings, transcripts, screen sharing, and calendar integration. As a result, meetings are easier to organize, communication is clearer and more effective, and preparing minutes and follow-up items requires less administrative effort while helping ensure important information is captured consistently.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace for joining online meetings, attending sessions, and talking with people when we can't meet in person. It makes it easier to attend meetings and sessions remotely without needing to travel, and I can also quickly connect with others and discuss things through video calls. I like that Zoom is simple to use and makes it easy to join meetings, share my screen, and communicate with others without much setup. I also like the screen sharing and chat features; they make it easy to explain something during a meeting and share files or messages when needed. It is useful because I can show exactly what I am talking about through screen sharing instead of trying to explain everything through text. The integration with Google Calendar is convenient because I can schedule meetings from my calendar and join them directly when the meeting starts. The initial setup was easy and simple; I installed it, signed in, and could start using it right away without any issues. I give Zoom Workplace an 8 out of 10 because it's easy to use and works well for online classes and discussions.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sometimes the interface feels a little crowded when there are many options available. It would be nice if the layout were a bit simpler and easier to navigate. I think the interface could be a little cleaner and less crowded. Some options could be grouped better, so it would be easier to find the features I use most often without going through too many menus.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace makes it easier to attend meetings remotely, connect quickly with others, and use video calls. It's simple to use and allows me to share screens and communicate without much setup.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

One of the original and best dedicated video conferencing platforms. It became a household name during the pandemic and now is more stable than Teams, especially with large audience. It can be used onver the web or in the app. The UI is straightforward and uncluttered, without any unnecessary gimmicks like some competitor products.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

As a standalone meeting platform it is great, but competitors like Teams integrate with the office 365 platofrm better and enable documents to be shared. This is a bit of a weak point for Zoom. There are filters and backgrounds, some questionalble for professional use which is the main market.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With larger cross-org announcments from senior leaders, all hands meetings etc, this is much more stable than Teams. We use that for day-to day comms but it freezes and becomes buggy with a very large audience over 1000. We sometimes invite guest speakers to present, when we use Zoom to benefit from the smooth, reliable experience.

 ### 32. All-in-One Collaboration Made Easy with Zoom Workplace

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything together in one place. Instead of switching between different apps for meetings, chats, file sharing, and collaboration, I can manage everything from a single platform. The video and audio quality are reliable, and features like screen sharing, team chat, and meeting summaries make collaboration much easier. I also appreciate the AI-powered tools that help with note-taking and organizing follow-up tasks, which saves time and improves productivity. Overall, Zoom Workplace makes communication and teamwork more efficient, whether working remotely or in the office.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that some of its advanced features can feel overwhelming for new users. With so many tools available for meetings, chat, collaboration, and AI assistance, it can take time to learn where everything is and how to use it effectively. Occasionally, the application can also consume a significant amount of system resources during long meetings, which may affect performance on older devices. While these issues are manageable, a simpler interface and lighter resource usage would improve the overall experience.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of keeping teams connected and productive, especially when people are working from different locations. It combines meetings, chat, file sharing, and collaboration tools in one platform, reducing the need to switch between multiple applications. This benefits me by making communication faster, improving collaboration with colleagues, and helping me stay organized. Features like screen sharing, meeting recordings, and AI-generated summaries save time and ensure important information is not missed, allowing me to focus more on my work and less on administrative tasks.

Zoom Workplace delivers a reliable, high-quality communication experience for both internal team meetings and client discussions. I appreciate that it combines video meetings, team chat, calendar integration, and collaboration tools in a single platform, which helps me stay organized and keep everything in one place throughout the workday. The audio and video quality are consistently strong, and joining meetings is simple and straightforward, even for non-technical users.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom Workplace is definitely feature-rich, but the growing number of tools and settings can make the interface feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for new users. I’ve also noticed that resource usage can be more noticeable during longer meetings. On top of that, some of the more advanced collaboration features are limited to higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams working with tighter budgets.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace streamlines communication and collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, scheduling, and other productivity tools into a single platform. It cuts down on switching between multiple apps, which saves time and helps keep everything in one place. Actually, the free plan has time limits for group meetings, and some advanced collaboration and AI features require a higher-tier subscription. Also, the desktop app can occasionally use a significant amount of system resources during longer meetings.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace makes remote communication easier by combining video meetings, team chat, file sharing, and other collaboration tools in one platform. I love how the AI Companion identifies action items during our weekly sprints, which saves me 30 minutes of admin work every Monday.

Since I work while travelling so high-quality video and audio even on lower bandwidths is a saviour for me.

The "Free" AI Value: This is the strongest ROI argument. Most competitors charge an extra $20–$30/user/month for AI features and here the AI Companion is included at no additional cost in paid plans, offering immediate savings on third-party transcription tools.

The interface is so ubiquitous that new hires usually don't need training to get started.

When we had specific questions about configuring Zoom Rooms or setting up our AI Companion features, the self-service resources were comprehensive.

It integrates deeply with Workvivo and offers Browser Tab Sharing, which is much smoother than sharing an entire messy desktop window.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

While the free tier is generous, the 40-minute limit on group meetings remains a major frustration for small teams or nonprofits.

The app become significantly heavier so it takes lot of memory.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Earlier Team use to waste hours daily toggling between Slack for chat, Google Docs for notes for scheduling, and Zoom for calls.

Solution: It consolidates these into one interface. We can start a Zoom Doc during a meeting, continue the conversation in Continuous Meeting Chat, and use Zoom Scheduler to book the follow-up without leaving the app.

Benefit: Significant time savings and less "mental drag" from jumping between tabs.

Problem: Most companies want AI features but can't justify the $30/user/month "AI Tax" charged by other major suites.

Solution: AI Companion at no additional cost for paid accounts.

Benefit: High ROI.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like Zoom Workplace because it is simple , user- friendly , convenient for connecting with clients worldwide. As an HR professional I use it regularly for meetings, discussing job roles, and handling sensitive information. I especially value its clear audio and video quality, screen sharing , chat ,background options, and the ability to create meeting links quickly , even at short notice.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I think the camera quality and background options could be improved. When I try to change the background during a video conference, sometimes it doesn't perfectly align with the lighting capabilities. If there could be adjustments in the brightness or lighting features to easily merge my face with a newly set background, it would be really helpful.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace helps me conduct meetings and client dealings easily, enabling face-to-face conversations and screen sharing to clearly explain job roles and presentations. It simplifies scheduling and connecting globally.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

As a Mechanical Engineering student at RGPV, I highly value Zoom's high-quality screen sharing and interactive annotation tools. During our major/minor projects or CAD design discussions (like AutoCAD or SolidWorks), we can easily share our screens and use the annotation pen to pinpoint exactly where a design change is needed. It makes our technical collaboration extremely smooth and effective.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Sharing heavy engineering software simulations or 3D CAD models over Zoom sometimes causes a lag if the internet speed drops. A built-in feature to optimize frame rates specifically for high-end graphic software sharing would be a great addition. Also, the 40-minute limit on free group calls interrupts our long study sessions.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It completely solves the challenge of remote collaboration for our group projects outside the college workshop. My team members live far away, but Zoom allows us to connect instantly to discuss engineering formulas, review project reports, and prepare for our viva exams without needing to travel. It saves us a lot of time and keeps our academic work organized.

 ### 38. Effortless Screen Sharing, Needs UI Simplification

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace every day for work, especially for team meetings and quick calls with my manager. I love the screen sharing feature because it's super easy to use without any lagging, and it solves the headache of trying to explain things over long emails. I can just hop on a quick Zoom call, share my screen, and fix issues together in two minutes. The screen sharing is my favorite part because it lets you hand over control to someone else, making it easy to work on documents together or show exactly what you mean. The digital whiteboard feature is also pretty cool; we use it to map out ideas during calls when text isn't enough, and it's handy for visual planning since everyone can draw on it at the same time. I find the connection with Google Calendar incredibly useful because it automatically creates a Zoom link whenever I set up a meeting, without having to open the app separately. We switched from Google Meet to Zoom Workplace because it handles larger team meetings better and doesn't lag as much during screen sharing. The initial setup was really simple for our small team, and we figured it out on day one without needing help or guides.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Lately, the app feels too cluttered. They keep adding so many new tabs and icons for things I don't use, like email and calendar features. It used to be clean and simple, but now the menu looks messy and confusing. It would be great if there was a simple mode toggle in the settings. One option for people who just want a basic video calling app, and another option for power users who want all the extra corporate tools. Right now, it forces everyone to look at a messy layout they don't need.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to simplify communication, solving the problem of long email chains with quick calls and screen sharing. It makes collaboration easy by handing over control and mapping ideas with the digital whiteboard. Integration with Google Calendar streamlines meeting setup.

 ### 39. Effortless Remote Collaboration with Zoom Workplace

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace mainly for online meetings, video calls, and collaboration. What I like most about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliable video conferencing. Joining meetings is simple, and features like screen sharing, chat, recording, and breakout rooms make collaboration more effective. I also like that it works well for both quick discussions and longer team meetings. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, and I could start using the basic features almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I find the user experience overwhelming due to the number of options when managing multiple meetings, chats, and notifications. The interface could be more streamlined, and better notification controls along with simpler navigation would make it even easier and more efficient to use.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Zoom Workplace solves my communication and collaboration challenges when working remotely by making meetings and screen sharing convenient and easy.

 ### 40. Simple UI, Free Option, and Strong Cross-Country Connectivity

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The UI is simple and easy to use. I also appreciate that there’s a free usage option available and that it supports connectivity between countries. It works well with integrated apps like the whiteboard, and Zoom support is alright. However, the AI companion isn’t very clear or easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The connection sometimes drops, and although the UI is simple and easy to navigate, some parts could still be improved. It would also help if the app felt less laggy during screen sharing and when using the whiteboard. Zoom pro could be priced lower as its a little high for indian citizens. and like i said earlier ai couold be improved

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to take guitar classes and Zoom happened to be most reliable for international calls, must i say very nostalgic right now.
The whiteboard features and sharing windows with audio is something its better than its competitors.
Although the ui is simple, it has some problems when multiple people are on the screen. Also joining meeting is very quick without accounts especially on phones, with the call feature

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

The video and audio quality, along with AI features like meeting summaries, meeting agendas, and task lists, are the best parts of Zoom Workplace, and they really help in my day-to-day meetings with team members. Another thing I like about Zoom Workplace is that it brings everything into one place, such as chatting, calling, meetings, and scheduling, so there’s no need to switch between multiple apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I’ve noticed that when I start the Zoom desktop app on my Mac, it consumes a lot of memory, which is really concerning because it sometimes slows down my system. It also occasionally freezes during startup.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, it helps me by providing a platform where I can have uninterrupted meetings with my team members. It also keeps track of meetings and sends reminders. On top of that, the AI companion mode helps me quickly search through meetings and chats, and it can summarize meetings as well. Overall, in my day-to-day work it really helps keep everything organized and manageable.

 ### 42. Stress-Free Meetings with Zoom’s Straightforward Setup and Top-Notch Audio/Video

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Meetings are stress free. I don’t need to worry about set up or the technical aspect. It is really straightforward and image and audio quality are the best. I dislike using other platforms altogether after using zoom

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The 40 minute limit on meetings are annoying if you don’t have a paid license. Which sometimes is not granted in the workplace. Meetings can run longer than that and it puts a heavy influence on companies choosing to use competitors instead of zoom

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to worry about the quality of my meetings and having zoom be the default when meeting with merchants

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace daily as a supervisor and RTM to connect with my team, conduct one on one calls and host training sessions from my desk. Few things I like most:
- Simple and clean interface, joining or hosting a call takes just one click from anywhere
- Zoom Chat keeps all team communication in one place, no need to switch between apps
- Screen sharing helps me present performance data and score sheets directly during calls
- Breakout rooms are very useful during training to split agents into smaller focused groups
- Recording lets me save important sessions so agents can refer back anytime
- Works seamlessly on desktop and mobile, so I stay connected even on the go
- Integrates well with Google Calendar and Outlook making scheduling and joining meetings effortless

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

No big dislikes, but sometimes the app can be heavy on system resources during long calls, and notification management could be better as it gets overwhelming when multiple chats and meetings are active at the same time.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a supervisor and RTM, staying connected with my team and conducting meetings from my desk used to require multiple tools. Zoom Workplace solved this by bringing calls, chat and scheduling all in one place. Now I can host training sessions, one on ones and team calls instantly without switching apps, saving time and keeping the whole team connected and aligned every day.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its range of features that assist in getting work done, like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and the ability to hold webinars. It can sync with my calendars, making it easy to track workload. I love the ability to record sessions and turn on transcripts for easier referencing, which helps if I miss any points during meetings. The feature to listen later or share recordings with someone who missed the meeting is very valuable to me. I also find Zoom Workplace user-friendly and the initial setup was pretty easy, without requiring a lot of configuring.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I find it battery-consuming and it takes too much processing power. Adding more features can make it look and feel cluttered, which can be a bit distracting. There's also too much admin and app configurations, making it feel overwhelming.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace for video conferencing to save on costs and resources without hiring venues. It easily handles large groups, syncs with my calendar, and the recording and transcription features help me catch up on missed meetings.

 ### 45. Convenient Meetings with Room for Improvement

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I use Zoom Workplace for Zoom calls, meetings, and online classes. I find it very convenient as it saves travel and wait time, allowing me to attend important meetings from my current location. I like that it offers user-friendly access, whether it's for broadcasts or classes, and makes multiple interactions easy. The ability to publish is a plus point for multi-person interaction.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I find meetings difficult when participants speak different languages, and I wish there was a subtitle or translation option. If an AI could be integrated to detect the language from one end and translate it with a subtitle on the other end, it would be great.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace is a convenient platform that saves travel and wait time by allowing me to attend important meetings from anywhere. I like its user-friendly access, making it easy to handle multiple interactions.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

I like that Zoom Workplace is very easy to use. Creating meetings, setting the dates and details is very simple, and creating recurring meetings is quite easy. I also appreciate that the fields one must fill out are specific, concrete, and essential, which makes scheduling sessions easier. Additionally, the system is very lightweight when you want to connect to Zoom sessions.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I have no way to set a free user as a co-host, and this would help me a lot for meetings with external people where it's necessary to configure access before starting the session itself.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Workplace to manage users, billing, and virtual meetings. Resolve billing control, scheduling without overlaps, and it allows cloud or local recordings. Transcriptions and notes with AI help identify key points and tasks.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

clean interface, easy meeting controls, and simple navigation

works decently with other platforms

reliable audio and video quality, nothing really too outstanding, just good and overall decent performace

the free plan is decent for casual users, the 40 minutes per meeting maybe annoying for some, but overall for a free plan it's fine and there is the option to upgrade it, business plans are paid for by the company and i have not used them for that particular purpose

easy setup process, no need for any kind of tutorial, basic and decent

the ai companion can be very, very good for meeting summaries, chat summaries and overall productivity

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

zoom has added some tools so ui at times can feel a bit cluttured, especially compared to old zoom, but nothing significantly bad, the 40 min limit can feel frustating at times, the pricing especially for team plans can feel a bit pricey

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i use it mostly for talking to my friends since lockdown who i am unable to get into physcial contact with, dont really use it for work, the company uses google meet for that

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

Zoom helps us connect and communicate with people all over the world. It reduces the drawbacks related to geographic distance and time differences. We can talk with others almost like a daily conversation because we can speak face to face and still sense emotions and body language.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

Nothing much to say. We can use the free version and connect directly through the web version. The installation takes too much time, and having to check the guidelines feels unnecessary because it’s so simple.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is one of the most important aspects of business. To truly understand others, we often need to spend a lot of time unless we can talk face to face. Zoom Workplace offers a solution that helps my team stay connected and work smoothly.

Sometimes my boss and manager travel overseas to meet with suppliers from whom we import a lot of goods every month. Since they can’t always handle everything directly in Vietnam, we really appreciate that Zoom allows users to record meetings. Those recordings become valuable documents that we can review later to confirm details and capture the right information.

**What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?**

It has pretty much every feature I need, such as screenshare, multiple invites, good host control as well. I love the whiteboard functionality since it serves most of my purpose of explaining notes or other things. The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive to understand. It performs well on my system with little to no lag. Since it offers both paid and free plans, it's quite flexible in terms of pricing and offers a great ROI. The platform is beginner friendly and does not require too much support to operate as well. The AI companion surprised me as I did not expect it to be this good, it was summarising meetings and even offering follow ups.It also integrates very well with other apps such as slack or google calendar so very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The interface me sometimes feel crowded, there could be more integrations as well. for example, I feel that if integrated somehow with microsoft teams it would be much more helpful for my use case.I do notice some cases of lag while running zoom although the performance is mostly okay. The pricing also feels okay to me but the free tier meetings end every 40 minutes which is inconvenient. The AI bot has room for improvement too.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of having too many disconnected tools by bringing meetings, chat, phone, and collaboration into one place. Instead of jumping between different apps, everything you need is in a single platform. It also addresses the challenges of hybrid work by making it easier for remote and in-office teams to stay connected and coordinate with each other. On the productivity side, its AI features like automatic meeting summaries and transcripts mean you spend less time on follow-ups and more time on actual work. Overall it saves time, reduces friction, and helps teams stay aligned regardless of where they are working from.

 ### 50. It is an easy-to-use application that adds a lot of value to personal and work projects.

User-friendly interface, allows recording meetings and creating groups or work teams, stream live to Facebook or YouTube.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

It requires a considerable amount of internet bandwidth, much more than other applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoom Workplace:**

It requires a very good internet connection, stable WiFi, and upload speeds of at least 10 megabits and download speeds of at least 20 megabits to achieve good application performance. If you need to connect two or more additional devices to yours in sessions longer than 40 minutes, you should consider opting for one of the paid plans.

**What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continue conducting my coaching sessions with one or more people in a simple manner. Facilitate training courses with business clients. Conduct training meetings with my work team. Conduct sales meetings with my clients.
