# Which encryption platforms provide strong client-side encryption without complex enterprise key management requirements?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hello security teams on G2 - We're looking for <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/encryption-software">encryption platforms</a> providing strong client-side encryption without complex enterprise key management requirements so we can actually move forward without needing to rebuild our PKI infrastructure. Our security team has been pushing for stronger client-side encryption but every time we dig into enterprise options, the key management overhead starts to look like a project in itself. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">From what I've come across, Virtru Secure Share, Tresorit, and Keeper Password Manager keep coming up. Here are the ones I've been looking at in the encryption software category:</p><ol>

&lt;p&gt;For this use case, the best platforms are usually the ones that abstract key handling without weakening the security model. Security teams should look for client-side encryption, zero-knowledge or customer-controlled access models, admin recovery options, and clear controls for revoking access.&lt;/p&gt;
