# Which value selling tools provide the strongest ROI calculator and business case builder for complex B2B deals?

Which sales enablement platforms best teach value-based selling to enterprise sales teams? At scale that's an adoption problem more than a content one.

So I'm weighing the Value Selling Tools category on G2 by whether the methodology lives in the deal workflow, and whether there's coaching that teaches by doing. A few I've dug into (G2 ratings):

Mediafly (4.4, 1,343 reviews) — broadest: value selling, content, coaching, and advisory in one suite, so teaching is native. Most-reviewed, but lowest satisfaction here and weakest on post-sales value (74).

Cuvama (4.9, 43) — most methodology-native, embedding your framework in Salesforce from discovery to renewal. Smaller footprint, and a real change-management shift.

Symbe (5.0, 138) — highest-rated; scales value-engineer templates so any rep can run one. Newer, and a business-case platform more than a coaching suite.

ValueCore (4.5, 69) — formerly VisualizeROI, ~15 years of ROI-modeling depth. A Contender on satisfaction, templates below the leaders.

I’m looking for tools whose numbers actually survive that room, instead of a tidy figure that cracks on the first hard question.

The three that keep surfacing for the heavy, multi-stakeholder end of this are Symbe, Minoa, and ValueCore. Where each pulls ahead:

Symbe sits at the top of the category on both business case creation and ROI/TCO, and it's strong on the unglamorous complex-deal details: multi-currency handling and pulling live figures from the Salesforce opportunity, so the model isn't a stale one-off.

Minoa its AI "value engineer" assembles a CFO-ready case from your CRM and call transcripts, with scenario modeling and numbers grounded in structured logic rather than a hallucinated guess; explicitly built for the 8–11-stakeholder deal. Its strength is pre-sale case-building.

ValueCore is the ROI-modeling veteran (formerly VisualizeROI): deep multi-scenario TCO, a "bring your own model" lineage, and strong cross-system integration to keep the calculator tied to real account data, useful when a complex deal has a non-standard structure.

Spotlight.ai is AI-native. It autonomously generates business cases, BVAs, and ROI decks inside Salesforce alongside MEDDICC qualification, so the value case rides along with deal execution.

Direct answer: the model breaks at pricing before anything else. Templates handle seat-based math fine, then a deal shows up with a phased rollout across three entities and usage-based pricing, and suddenly someone is exporting to Excel. The other reliable breaking point is the do-nothing scenario. Stakeholders almost always ask what happens if they wait a year, and a surprising number of these tools can't model status quo erosion as anything but zero.
