    "A great tool for our team.: A great tool that gives us a good amount of computer solutions for the same application, this tool has all the features that we need in our help desk, to solve different internal and external problems of our company. One of the features that I like most about this application is the easy integration with other online communication systems, as are the different social networks, which allows us to get a little closer to our clients through different platforms, and give them a service support, or what they need, quality, in addition to live chat, has all the necessary tools to solve any incident through this medium. It should also be noted that this application has a very intuitive panel, where it is easy to access the different tools that this system gives us, to take advantage of them in a faster way, able to access them easily, since they are in the right place forever.     "No customer need slips through the cracks with Help Scout: I’m not wading through a messy inbox anymore. My emails now feel more like a neat to-do list and I love the feeling of clearing all of them out. Help Scout has seriously made me into a more organized person and I feel like taking care of my clients is easy in a way it wasn't before. My company explored other options last year and the resounding opinion of my entire team is that we did NOT want to lose Help Scout. I don't think this was an aversion to change, but rather an appreciation for the system Help Scout had let us create with each other. It's very easy to work together as a a team by using it and I would imagine it provides excellent oversight for our manager. It's pretty motivating that anyone in my company can see my responses to my customer over Help Scout. If your'e great at customer service, you love this feature. If you want to fly under the radar and do a mediocre job, Help Scout would find you out pretty fast. "

    "The best solution I've ever tried.: CRMdesk is for me the best CRM solution out there at the moment. It has plenty of features that need to be taken in notice when we talk about how clients are being treated by using it as well. Its dashboard alongside workflow and menus are the best features that I can tell you right now are totally worth it. The whole system is like this way: the client has a query, ticket is created with random code, one of our crew takes the ticket and inmediately reaches the client and the conversation begins and in less than 5 minutes the problem is more than solved."

One reason we chose Kustomer was, as a newer company, it was very open to working with us to accommodate some of our specific needs from a customer CRM.     "Awesome software!: I really love Deskero, because it has given infinite improvements to our organization, among which my favorite thing is the comfort that this service offers to all our users.     "Loving it: The most unique thing I love is that "part-time" agents are free. Part-time being any agent that responds to fewer than 10 tickets a month. That means my devs can all have accounts to get in and look at the occasional ticket, maybe even respond, without paying for accounts for everyone. It also "just works" which is great. It was easy to setup triggers and canned responses (which include rich HTML like links and tags for things like customer/client names, dates, etc...) Support has been readily available via live chat, email and by phone, and Teamwork support has really been wonderful both before and after signing up. I also loved their free trial that lets you actually switch plan levels while in trial so you can actually see what features are included vs. not. That let use deterime the mid-range plan solved all out needs and saves us a lot of money. "
