Seamless Customer Support with Reliable AI Tools

I like that Gorgias is easy to set up and delivers reliable performance. Gorgias supports me with an account rep who is available to guide me and solve any concerns quickly. The AI Agent and AI Shopping Assistant have been especially valuable for our business as we have limited business hours and AI is available 24/7 with solid customer service skills and actions.

User Friendly, wouldn't switch, but not cheap

They have really accounted for most customer service needs with the platform, and it is very user friendly

All-in-One App Visibility and Strong Performance in Gorgias

I like the best about gorgias is that I can view different apps all inside gorgias. I like where the AI is going and i like the challenge of getting the AI to work the way our company wants it to! The platform itself usually performs well with no major issues. Support after onboarding is limited and slow to get back to you. Once I waited 6 days for a reply.
