"Easy to use and very powerful"

What do you like best about WPForms?

I like WPForms since it's easy to get started and integrate into a site. 90% of the time it works out of the box and the other 10% is very minor reworking. I haven't run into a use case I haven't been able to create so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

Some basic functionality like viewing entries through the control panel you can't do unless you upgrade to paid which is understandable but other products do this out of the box so can get pushback from clients. Some of the labels they call field names don't match up with the common web/development term which can cause some confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Forms and Great Support"

What do you like best about WPForms?

First, I find that for most situations, WPForms work without customizations. I make dozens of forms for clients etc. When I get into a situation that goes on normal scope - I simply ask for support and I get it nearly instantly. What do you dislike about WPForms?

None. Seriously. I had some issues with my forms looking a little wanky on a couple of Wordpress themes that I like. When I contacted support, they gave me a few lines of CSS code that cleaned it right up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Makes collecting information easy"

What do you like best about WPForms?

Easiest forms program to use. With my limited web experience, this does pretty much everything I need. Digging through the menus to find solutions has always paid off. I like the integration with Zapier.

What do you like best about WPForms?

I really like how simple it is to create a variety of forms. The system has enough flexibility to allow me to create what I need without additional programming.
