WPForms Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI
Is WPForms free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, WPForms does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is WPForms pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews, WPForms's pricing is best suited for small business owners and freelance web designers managing multiple WordPress client sites, where the per-site cost dilutes across projects. G2 reviewers from marketing, design, events services, non-profits, and real estate industries appear most frequently and report strong value. Agencies on Elite licenses deploying WPForms across 100-plus sites cite scalability as the core value driver. Budget-constrained solo operators, single-site owners, and non-profits in developing regions find pricing steep, though G2 reviewers in the non-profit segment note that WPForms offers a nonprofit discount that makes higher tiers accessible. Mid-market reviewers in food, government, and professional training also report satisfaction at paid tiers.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of WPForms?

WPForms's free Lite version covers basic contact forms but G2 reviewers consistently flag its limitations as the primary upgrade driver. Lite excludes conditional logic, payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal), file uploads, multi-page forms, email marketing integrations (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), form entry storage, geolocation, surveys, polls, conversational forms, and the form locker addon. G2 reviewers note that even a phone number field requires a paid plan. WPForms's paid plans unlock these features in tiers, with higher tiers adding integrations like Google Drive, Dropbox, HubSpot, webhooks, and entry automations. Multiple G2 reviewers describe the Lite version as too limited for anything beyond a minimal brochure-site contact form.

Is WPForms considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of WPForms overwhelmingly rate it highly despite frequent cost complaints, signaling a premium tool that delivers on its promises. The recurring pattern across G2 reviews is high ratings paired with price gripes, particularly around renewal costs that some reviewers note more than doubled without notice and first-year discounts that disappear on renewal. Reviewers switching from Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, and Gravity Forms consistently cite WPForms's pricing as more competitive. Non-profits receive discounts, which G2 reviewers in that segment appreciate. The consensus: single-site owners and budget-constrained small businesses feel the pinch, but agencies and multi-site operators deploying WPForms across many client sites find the per-site cost justifies the investment.

WPForms are very to build because of its drag and drop builder facility, even you have zero coding experience. Espacially the templates and smooth integration with relible spam proofing makes it lucrative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Reliable, but Pricing Limits Key Integrations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about WPForms?

I think the user experience is good, it's very easy to use and straight forward. I also like the templates, they have many for multiple scenarios. I use conditional formatting a lot, and I've also used the calculations which are great. It also has never broken down, it's been consistently working for years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

I think the pricing is the biggest thing I don't like. I think there are other platforms out there that offer way more features in their free plan. I needed to use a Google Drive integration recently, but I can't have access to it without renewing the plan, but the business that I work with doesn't want to pay that if there are free versions I can use instead.
