I think there are other platforms out there that offer way more features in their free plan. As I use this suite on a daily basis I keep finding new ways to collect information. Using the PRO version has greatly increased my productivity, so I still haven't found problems with the program. **What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing us to collect information from future and past attendees easily with detailed responses compiled by the program instead of doing it manually. It has streamlined our ad collection by posting pricing, allowing the client to choose their ad sizes and pricing, adding it all up and allowing them to pay for it on the site and then upload their ad to our Dropbox. No more chasing advertisers for their payments or having to create a separate invoice for each client once they submit their order. What used to take days or weeks is now done in minutes. Volunteer registrations are easier now that we can collect all their info in one place saving our Volunteer Coordinator hours of phone calls and spending nights on calls asking the same question over and over.
