"WPForms: The Ultimate Form Solution for WordPress"
What do you like best about WPForms?

What I like best about WPForms is the perfect balance between power and simplicity. As someone who isn't particularly technical, I'm amazed at how intuitive the drag-and-drop builder is - I can create professional forms in minutes rather than hours.

The Stripe integration has been a game-changer for my business. Setting up payment forms with recurring options was surprisingly straightforward, and the webhook functionality ensures all my systems stay in sync without manual intervention.

I also love that I can customize everything with CSS when needed. While the default designs look great, being able to tweak colors, spacing, and styles to match my brand exactly gives me complete control without needing to hire a developer.

The pre-built templates save me tremendous time, and the conditional logic features help me create smart forms that adapt to user inputs. Overall, WPForms has dramatically improved how I collect information and process payments on my website! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

The form builder, though intuitive, can sometimes be a bit finicky when trying to create complex multi-column layouts. I've occasionally had to start over when trying to make detailed adjustments to field positioning.

The CSS customization, while powerful, isn't beginner-friendly. I had to learn some basic CSS to make the styling changes I wanted, as there's no visual style editor for those who aren't comfortable with code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use but pretty expensive"
What do you like best about WPForms?

Very easy for non-techy people to build quite complicated forms, I used it to build a registration form for a one off conference style event. The block style editor will be familiar to anyone who uses WordPress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

The price, it is very expensive, if like me you only need it to build one or two forms. I would like to see a pay as you go model offered. If they did that I would definitely recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Positive Feedback on WPForms"
What do you like best about WPForms?

WPForms is very easy to use. Even the most novice administrators should have no trouble creating or editing forms via the plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

It's a bit basic and may not integrate with more robust CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best option for forms and Get Response I've found"
What do you like best about WPForms?

They have thousands of templates to get you started and still relatively straightforward to build your own from scratch. Even for a non-tech founder like me, I've had a smooth experience with WPForms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

It has taken a bit of side work with AI to figure out some of the formatting intricacies and how to override a few things, but that's to be expected with just about any pieces of integrated software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Triple Threat - Features, Price and Ease of Use Make it a Winner"
What do you like best about WPForms?

As a beginner/intermediate level user of WordPress, I needed something that wasn't overly complex, and it fit the bill. The combo of features, price, ease of use, makes WPForms the right choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

The only downside I have come across so far is the rare time that I've wanted to use a feature that would require an upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"email subscription"
What do you like best about WPForms?

I couldn't solve the email subscription problem. When I found this format, it was a great help to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

There are so many formats and it's hard to choose, which of course isn't really a problem, I just can't decide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
