What do you like best about WPForms?

The ease of making your own form is great! Many options to customize. No brainer. And always responding well to the need of my business and for my clients´ business.

The speed in which you can complete a form and set up conditional logic is by far the most useful I´ve used. Also tried with Google Captcha and it works wonders. No spam on my e-mail ever since.

Once I got a problem and I couldn't figure it out by myself and I reached the support team and they were very helpful and answere fast. Great them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

Many functinalities but there are a lot of paying addons. It coud be better if they where included Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can build many forms on the same website and you can rely on every of them. No problem. Also the clients are very happy they can use the plugin and add more if needed, also they can configure, change and rearrange everything by themselves. No questions asked very intuitive.

What do you like best about WPForms?

It's easy to use without having to read all sorts of lengthy documentation. I was able to set up my forms in minutes! I also like that they have a Facebook group for additional help when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

Nothing that I dislike so far - except that it's pretty expensive to be able to accept payment with the form. For someone on a teeny budget like me, it's out of my reach at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WPForms?

WPForms allows us to create questionnaires extremely easy, letting us concentrate on the questions rather than the coding, and it has really good visualisation and data export functions that make the whole process a lot easier for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

Only limitation I have found to date is that we can not import previous responses between sites, only a problem when migrating between servers of course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WPForms?

What do you like best about WPForms?

This plugin is virtually bugless and hasn't caused any issues on all of my websites. One website I use it on requires Google Geolocation and Zapier integrations which are add-ons. Another website uses the digital signature feature. This plugin is super easy to configure and does a good job collecting all the form information into CSV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

The one issue I've had with this plug-in is receiving form submission notifications. Even though SMTP is integrated with other email providers, (never trust your email to be sent out by the WordPress default system) sometimes the email and user notifications don't go through. They have been working on this issue though because I find that it works with an update and then could stop working with another update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WPForms:

Don't waste your time with other plugins. This one is super easy to use for both web developers and website users. And they keep improving the plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's automated and simplified my client's workload mostly via by Zapier integration to other software, such as SalesForce and MailChimp. Also the CSV feature is a must.
