While usability is a key feature, the integration features are really what brought me to WP Forms. I can manage workflows within WordPress/WP Forms or connect other tools. What do you like best about WPForms?

I like its ease of use which makes it very convenient for a small business owner like me. It serves me well for being simple and user-friendly, great for someone does not know programming or understand overly technical jargons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel the user interface can be improved to attract the modern user.

Have the 14-day free trial and make sure you thoroughly use it and test out its features. Do plenty of test entries to make sure you get what you want, whether WP Forms can serve your needs.

"Great for Beginners - Easy way to add a contact form to your website"

What do you like best about WPForms?

WP Forms allows you to add simple forms to your web pages easily. I only use the free version. It comes with preb uilt templates for a contact form, newsletter signup and suggestion form. I may look at upgrading in the near future in order to have access to more templates. It is very user friendly and has it's own interface that can be navigated with ease. Adding the form is also a simple process only requiring a shortcode to be inserted on a page that will be replaced by the form upon publication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

It does not have as much customization as I would have liked and it has limited functionality in the free version while there are some other free plugins that allow more customization and have more functionality. This is perfect for beginners and experts. It is easy to use with an intuitive interface and with the pre built templates it will get you up and going in a matter of minutes whether you need a contact form or want to build a form from scratch. I suggest you look into exactly what type of form you want for your site and then determine if the free version offers it or whether you need to upgrade in order to get what you are looking for. WP Forms allowed me to add a simple contact form to my site that captures the info I need, it then sends me an email in order to respond. WP Forms also has alot of integrations, one of which is the CRM I use so that was a bonus. That is all that I have needed it for so have not used it for anything else.
