System loading very slowly making it hard to use. **What problems is Employee Scheduling Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple meetings with Workforce team failed to provide pro active solutions to our challenges. ### 2. The automatic rotas were a big bonus as well when they worked. Also being able to message colleagues as well. **What do you dislike about Employee Scheduling Software?** How frustrating the app can be when it does work. When first integrating into the workflow, assigning regions to sign in and out of was tedious and inconvenient for staff. **Recommendations to others considering Employee Scheduling Software:** Ensure that it is properly trialled at each site that it's being used at Define geo-locations well **What problems is Employee Scheduling Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using workforce, scheduling shifts and rotas for people was tedious and long-winded. When workforce actually worked, the process was simplified.
