The app is user friendly and definitely benefitial for staff

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

When salaried staff have time off / take holidays the cost is not deducted and therefore running costs are out for that time period

**Recommendations to others considering Workforce.com:**

Spend the time setting it up

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly creating rotas, the linking to the till is still clunky and tge hourly pay to till take is out

**What do you like best about Workforce.com?**

We have been using Workforce since 2019. Easy to use and well-integrated service (rota, payroll, reports, etc). 
The super team is always helpful and easy to contact.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

System updates sometimes mess up the configurations.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Workforce for rotas, timesheet approval. We linked it with Quickbooks for weekly payments and log all the staff paperwork

It is very easy to use and for payroll processing at the end of the month. Staff enjoy using the software and ensures all staff are paid correctly.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

The mobile application can be better as the app can freeze sometimes and is not fluid enough to use.

Time saving, no more excel timesheets and keeping manual records of annual leave

Making rota's - sometimes can be cumbersome

Definitely worth implementing- saves time and excellent for tracking staff wages

Keeping track of who's in and hours worked. Easier to keep on top of wage costs

GPS clock in function has bugs and sometimes doesn't work, same with the work chat

solving the problem of vacant shifts being covered easily and timesheets linked to payroll, which helps time efficiency

Sometimes it can be a little fiddly working between different staffing teams.

Having an instant grip on wage % costs.

The automatic rounding of shifts that are within a specified time and the Auto-Approve function in daily timesheets.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

The inability to run different annual leave allowances across different years. My staff want to book off time years in advance and this does not allow for that,

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can evidence staff have had breaks (when they use the system properly!), I can remotely see when staff arrive at work on time, payroll is accrued easily across the month.
