**What do you like best about Workforce.com?**

Workforce has been a game changer for our business. Before implementation, we spent hours on rota scheduling, sales analysis, and daily task management. Now, these processes are streamlined, consistent, and far more accurate saving us time and improving team coordination. Our staff also find the platform intuitive and easy to use, which has boosted engagement and reduced errors. From a management perspective it’s made operations smoother and more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Vishal, our implementation specialist. His onboarding support has and continues to be exceptional. Always patient, responsive and solution focused. Even now, if we need help with a feature he’s quick to assist and genuinely pleasant to work with. Highly recommended for any business looking to modernise and simplify workforce management.

There is nothing I can say that we have experienced to be negative to date.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workforce.com has helped us eliminate time consuming manual processes across rota scheduling, sales analysis and daily task management. Previously, these tasks required significant effort and were prone to inconsistency. The platform has streamlined our operations, improved accuracy and made it easier to coordinate teams and track performance. It’s also helped us centralise communication and task visibility, which has boosted staff engagement and accountability. We now spend less time chasing updates and more time focusing on customer experience and strategic improvements.

well, wanted to add a little more.  Flexibility of staff, our coach was flexible to change times of the induction, ensuring it is fitting our busy schedules at work.

It has genuinely improved how we manage staff scheduling. Staff can view the rota live on their mobile devices, pick up overtime shifts, and request annual leave with the click of a button. That level of accessibility and speed makes a real difference day to day.

We are working towards becoming paperless, and WF feels like the right solution. From an HR management perspective, it means we will no longer need heavy, clunky folders or to worry about storing and archiving paper documents. Everything is organised, accessible, and far more efficient.

Overall, I like it very much and can see it becoming central to how we run staffing and HR going forward.

Flat rate pricing structure for range of users vs per user subscription would avoid me always looking over the fence at competition platforms

We use Workforce for: 
• Rota management for reliable scheduling and coverage.
• HR administration and employee records.
• Hiring and onboarding, with smooth applicant tracking and new‑starter setup.
• Contract storage and management.
• Right‑to‑work checks and compliance documentation.
• Holiday calculations (entitlements, accruals, and pay).
• Reporting & analytics that compare rota vs budget vs actual hours worked.

Workforce has saved us significant manpower and cost across operations by streamlining approvals, reducing manual data entry, and giving managers clear visibility of hours and spend.

I love that the software is constantly improving—new features and refinements continue to make it better and better for the end user. It’s hands down the best software we use across our business.

Support is excellent, they are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Luis was absolutely wonderful in rolling out the product (early 2024) and is always there to help whenever we want to explore another feature. His support and guidance have made the process enjoyable.


We are now planning to move onto Workforce Payroll in 2026, building on the strong results we’ve seen across the other areas of the platform.

I find it hard to think of anything we dislike.

Workforce encompasses all areas from rota management to HR, contracts, and holiday tracking is in one platform. This eliminates the need for multiple systems and reduces admin time significantly.

By using Workforce’s built-in communication tools, we have been able to ensure staff communicate on the platform rather than on WhatsApp or other informal channels. This has improved compliance, keeps conversations secure, and ensures managers have full visibility.

What I appreciate most about Workforce is its user-friendly interface, which makes it very easy to use. However, one drawback I have noticed is that the timesheets do not always reflect how busy the workday actually is.

What I find least helpful is that people's unavailability sometimes doesn't match up well with the scheduling. Another downside is that it can occasionally be challenging to submit an unavailability request, especially because of the way the days are set up.

Staying current with labor laws while also managing the demands of the business can be challenging.

**What do you like best about Workforce.com?**

Where do I start......It's been a godsend. Before Workforce I was scrambling trying to make multiple rotas, across multiple sites which I was spending far too much time on and losing grip of being a true leader for my employees. With the help of Workforce and Mario I have been able to sit down with my employees, giving them more of my time using features like the performance review to take them to the next step and I feel I can be more of a now for my staff.

I could go on and on but I wanted to say thank you to the implementation team and support team for their help in the initial set up and everything after. Once again shoutout to Mario for showing us best practice and all the new features that the product team releases through their "sprint work."

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

As a HR customer I would really love the option to assign tasks (under checklists) to an employee rather than the team as a whole. This makes it easier for the employees knowing exactly what they are doing when opening/closing a shift without them deciding amongst themselves.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Let's talk about Hire and that seamless flow with their Indeed integration. I've been cutting out the noise and finding some great candidates to bring into the business. I love that Workforce added the customise section so we can keep our identity as a brand and add our own flair.
Once we have decided on who we would like to join us, we can send an offer letter and then go through their paperless onboarding feature, which my god, the best thing we've ever used. Our HR team previously had everything all over the place and it was a nightmare to process but now, we send an invite to the newly recruited employee(s) and they add all the details themselves.

I really appreciate how Workforce.com integrates the core HR platform with rostering and scheduling solutions, creating a seamless and streamlined experience for managing our HR needs within the residential care home. This integration addresses critical links between attendance, sickness, and other essential factors, allowing them to automatically flow into our HR system without the need for separate management. Switching from Planday and Bright HR to Workforce.com was a significant upgrade because it offered an integrated solution that our previous systems did not. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the ability to import data from existing systems, quickly getting us up and running. The platform is feature-rich, offering comprehensive capabilities that, despite requiring some time to fully understand, provide powerful functionality for HR and scheduling tasks.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

I find the document management system in Workforce.com challenging due to the lack of sectionized folders for individual staff members. This results in a big, long, flat file list of documents rather than identifiable folders organized logically. It is difficult to categorize documents such as ID or employment documents for each staff member without this structure. The team from Workforce are aware of this limitation and will hopefully be solving in the near future

I find it problematic that when exporting Excel files for salaries, I cannot select Romanian currency; it only allows GBP. This limitation is inconvenient for handling payroll in the correct currency. Additionally, the mobile app isn't performing as well as I would like. It has bugs, making the experience less smooth and causing disruptions. It would certainly benefit from improvements to ensure smoother operations.

I appreciate the powerful data management capabilities that allow us to have staffing and shift information centralized in one database. This feature empowers us to identify trends, issues, and successes swiftly, enabling data-driven decision-making that reveals areas where resources are being misallocated, such as the over-reliance on agency staff. I find the system's ability to prevent double bookings through the rotor feature incredibly useful as it continuously shows who is working where, enhancing our operational efficiency. Additionally, managing staff qualifications directly within Workforce.com is highly beneficial as it highlights who can rightfully work in specific services that demand particular skills. Even though we are not using all the features yet, the potential for future utility is vast. The comprehensive nature of the software, along with its efficiency in handling multiple complex tasks and scenarios, would undoubtedly make me opt for it again.

I would like Workforce.com to offer better ways of managing shifts where staff have to sleep over. Sleepover shifts and sleep-in shifts need to be more clearly managed and displayed on the rotor.

Workforce has truly transformed my business, making employee management both efficient and straightforward. Scheduling staff is now effortless, and processing payroll requires very little time. I found the initial setup of Workforce.com to be quite challenging and a bit of a hassle. Although many tasks could be managed independently, certain advanced functionalities required additional assistance. There were also numerous bugs within the system; however, the developers addressed these issues quickly once reported. Additionally, the AI chatbot can be somewhat annoying at times. When processing payroll for the first time, it was not the smoothest experience, though we eventually managed to get it done.

The payroll integration is very helpful and saves time. The ability to integrate recruitment with indeed and the onboarding process is great. Being able to set up workflows that managers have to complete reduces the risk of error. The other big benefit for us is employees having access to policies and their own documents via the app on the phones, as well as being able to track and evidence when documents have been read and signed.

I love Workforce.com since it is an excellent platform for scheduling and keeping track of hours (worked, missed, OT, etc.). It's an amazing tool for managing leaves (vacations, maternity, medical licenses, etc.). It helps me and my team have a secure platform to clock in and out, monitor who's missing hours and where they are clocking in, make sure all hours are approved and notify the workforce team if there are any discrepancies. It's very easy to review leave balances and approved leaves. It took a bit to get used to this platform but once you learn how to, everything gets easier; the implementation of this platform was successful for our company. We use Workforce.com everyday, even for breaks and lunches!

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

The mobile app sometimes crashes; you have to close it and open it again so it can let you do certain things like accessing the team's dashboard. The website has a weird way to show you're in a completely different location than the one you're actually at.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a less reliable platform for workforce scheduling, punching, breaks, etc., that people easily could misuse. We bumped into several issues with fully identifying payable hours. Workforce.com came to fix the ambiguity of our previous workforce system. It helped us identify who exactly was clocking in and from which location and keep track of hours, OT, breaks, lunches, and leaves. It all just became so much easier and organized. This, of course, also helped our workforce team to grow.

What I like best about this app is the ability to track my payments in real time. Everytime I end a shift I can see exactly how much I've made so far. This allows me to make decisions about picking up extra shifts or cutting back if I need to.

The app tends to have issues loading sometimes. If your device does not have a camera it doesn't allow you to clock in at all. Instead it will give you an error message about "missing camera permission"

Workforce was easy to implement and highly customizable to fit our team's needs. We got the program set up, all our locations trained, and fully operational within eight weeks. We love the Workforce team's commitment to ensuring our success and continuing to grow with the software.

Some features, like Communication, are thin and need enhancements to work better. With the detail they put in other areas, it was surprising this was lagging. It would be great for administrators on the account to remove specific threads and not the entire chat.
