The scheduling is easy and user friendly as well as the interface as a whole.

Not much to dislike about Workforce at this point, seems to get the job done!

Easy visibility and assistance with scheduling in real-time.  This is making my scheduling and forecasting run much more smoothly.

Easy to create schedules and track attendance,

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

Need to constantly fix punch in/out errors  The staff is always informing me of issues with their timecards.  Creating custom reports would be a nice feature.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to solve issues by researching them on the help site.  However, I did not know limitations of the software, for example; I was loading employee files into their profile and found out that the limit is 5Mb,  This creates problems as files exceed this limit.

I like the ability to see my working week at a glance, and then when I click on a shift, I see a more detailed description of my sessions.

I get a lot of emails, and sometimes the app takes a little longer to load up than I would like.

**Recommendations to others considering Workforce.com:**

I would definitely recommend Workforce.com and the App. It is the best way to deal with all aspects of managing your team. From seeing when they've clocked in and out to dealing with payroll, logging Qualifications, and CPD, being informed when employees need to update their Qualifications and CPD is a big help.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it a lot easier to see who has clocked in and out and when they did this, not only to see who is on time but also to see who is working late. I also find it easier to link to payroll with Workforce

**What do you like best about Workforce.com?**

The ability to create template rotas so future rotas are simple s you can just drag and drop stuff on to shifts. Easily look back at peoples completed hours and also receiving shift feedback from employees and that all staff have a access to a schedule and platform where they can book time off

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

In terms of rota building software I have no real qualms with it. It works well. Sometimes onboarding staff has glitches and can casue issues and sometimes they become auto assigned to wrong teams but when you sort these problems out there are no further issues I find.

**Recommendations to others considering Workforce.com:**

No real advice just build templates to mess around with rotas and get used to the software that way

People saying they didn't know they were working is a thing of the past as it is accessible from their pocket. Rotas can be adapted easily due to changing circumstances. Hours people have worked are clear and visible.

**What do you like best about Workforce.com?**

I like how the app is really user-friendly and that each person's version of workforce can be different depending on how best you want to read the rota. I also like how you can create templates in workforce and carry them over to future weeks with ease. It lets you easily see where gaps have emerged in the rota. in a simple way.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

I wouldn't say I like how sometimes it isn't as user-friendly as I would like it to be. For instance, to change something in a profile, it does take sometimes several steps on different tabs to find the information or setting you need to change. I do think the shfit swap feature could do with some improvement, as it would be useful for it to be able to send you email alerts if there are shifts that haven't been claimed.

If you have a team that is split across different areas of the business and you need to see an overview for how the groups interact with one another, this is a beneficial asset.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have developed an API between point one, our bar system, and workforce to see how much revenue impacts our staffing forecasts. This is helpful in the long run, and it works across different programs and can be a helpful business tool. Setting this up was simple as well.

**What do you like best about Workforce.com?**

The website is user friendly, simple and I know that if I need help there's always fast online support. I even had the support team zoom video call for support once.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

If you're part of a mid sized company where head office are the only admins you are limited in what you can do and support don't help you with admin settings anymore. I'm stuck with a few things now and I'm not an admin.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not many but I like being able to copy a weeks rota as some staff like to work the same days week on week. I only use workforce for rotas and attendance/ clocking in and out. my staff can't set their availability/ unavailability anymore though - it used to block them out as unavailable when they're at Uni. The app needs improvement.

**What do you like best about Workforce.com?**

Easy to find out who is on shift with you in the click of a button. Structure week to week is laid out cleanly with your hours and breaks. Much more user friendly than Polaris was for me.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

A further issue that has arised from my time is that I cannot see new starters on the day shifts once they've been added after the rota has been published. My coworkers don't seem to have the same issue but it's been persistent now for my account for the last 4 weeks making it harder to plan shifts.

Easy to keep track of absentees, easy to do the cash up at the end of the week as it is all laid out quietly plainly. Easy to fill gaps when there are holes evident on the current shift.

had some ideas which we have suggested however seems that these are not taken on board / actioned.

Ie display staff birthdays on rota - so are not rotad on response was 'well if you click on the details their birthdays appear there' - not the same. 

Also cognititive date for forecasts pulls through random days - ie we would like for a monday it to compare the average of the last 4 mondays. However we have to select this every week - why cant it just be set like this?

Do not be afraid to make the move - questions that may seem like they're going to be very difficult to answer certainly are not and everyone seems genuinely happy to help.

No problems so far - the set up has been done at a very basic level so information needs to be added but I now have the info I need to be able to do this.

I like that I am able to view who I am working with on my shift that day. Keep track of my hours. I like that you can give feedback, and also put in your unavailablilty with ease!

They didn't much I dislike about the app. I'm. It a massive fan of the update, but I'm not sure if that's because I am not used to it yet. I liked the older version more.

Tanda is always thinking of new things to help with the day to day running of the business. I like that it's so easy to create and check rota's and to be able to manage clock ins, annual leave and rota's all on one system. If you do encounter an issue, the team are always on hand to help and nothing is too insignificant!

The approved annual leave takes a while to load. This could be improved. Everything else works perfectly!

Ask all the questions, they will be happy to help you.

The most helpful parts of workforce are ease of using the app for schedules, leave requests and amending timesheets. I also love how easy it is to extract cost reports and copy shifts across, as well as setting up regular work patterns

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

Some shifts on timesheets can't be changed, frequently the "failed to amend" flashes up. I also wish there was a count for leave that staff members could see, ie. how many days they have already taken

It is making communicating with staff much easier , both on their holiday requests and their rotas / time sheets! It's a lot clearer - I am also a big fan of how transparent cost and variance is

Rostering online.  The ability to manage your team online and the ability to optimise and make sure that your team are deployed based on their current contracted hours.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

A few niggles but can be fixed.  The main challenge we are seeing is not having the ability to see whos on shift from your roster.  Especially for a size of 150 staff for one location seperated into 6 different buildings.  It is difficult to ascerain who is working overall in the seperate locations so you can manage your workforce effectively.

Great software tool.  If you do get your scoping, adoption and deployment right from the beginning working with the Workforce team this will set you in the right direction.

Our adoption and onboarding was not the greatest.  We had to most of the onboarding ourselves and as we grew we needed more help from Tanda to make sure we were getting the most out of the software

I like the application more than the back door stuff
I like the simple rota feature
I dont use any tools with this software
Much easier to use and way less glitchy that other apps

we have multipul work sites and its not very easy to cross reference each site for memebers of staff or make changes to different sites at the same time
Id like it to be easier to see what members of a team are doing at other sites

Better than any other app ive used and helps to automate many processes and keep it all in one very useful place. Easy for staff to see when qualifications are running out also so saves surprising staff on added admin tasks.

How easy it is to build diverse rotas using different sites, positions, pay rates and how quick it makes payroll. The team are also pretty good at implementing customer suggestions too.

I wish it had a better HR functionality to store records/training. It has some, which is great but I think it could be more in-depth. Its also very customizable but on that takes some time to get used to settings and features and some parts aren't overly intuitive at first

It's a good system for rota scheduling and management - it saves an abundance of time. Just give yourself time to set it up properly and train others

Payroll time and also easier delegation of rota items to junior managers. Provides more trust in my team as the system is robust. Also having all of the businesses rota and HR items in one location

Very ergonomic software and asethically pleasing.  Minimal training required for new staff.  Easy to generate reports and export payroll information.  Very customisable in terms of different pay rates and awards.  Cloud based so very accessible and can 'talk' to different softwares.  Platform available to suggest improvements and upvote other items.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

Minimal budget controls and no ability to restrict on overstaffing therefore does not meet the full needs of our finance team.  No layered grouping below that of location.

**Recommendations to others considering Workforce.com:**

Really easy to use in a basic form and tons of features to maximise potential for your business.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility across all sites has improved enormously and constant, live access for managers has been extremely useful to cover shifts at short notice.  Also improved communication as it is a compliant method of contact rather than the usual whatsapp groups.

I enjoy that it allows you to encompass everything about work. Being able to see availability, schedule rotas, process timesheets and upload to payroll is particularly useful.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

We always seem to have issues with accrued leave resetting. Onboarding also can be problematic, especially for staff members from outside of the country. I don't like how you can't turn off notifications from different departments.

I love the chat feature. It's a quick and easy way to get advice from the people who specialise in workforce. They helped me to resolve recurring issues we had with on boarding.

The ease to create a Rota week to week with copying functions alongside the easy to access weekly costs that link in with previous revenues.

We find the demand predictions aren't consistent and sometimes vary, although can be tweaked manually.

If you're looking to streamline the onboarding process and the creation of rotas, it's brilliant. It saves us a lot of time, especially with the integration of timekeeping

It's hugely reduced admin hours in terms of creating rotas. It's also helped us get accurate result for the end of night reports, so daily communication is great

The auto-populate rota function, being able to track employees' sign in and sign out times accurately. The graphic interface is clear, looks proffesional and is easu to use.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

The geotags didn't work properly so they were actually not useful to track employees. It was also permitted to accept the same person for multiple covers at the same time without any warning.

Making rota used to be a big issue that has been resolved by the automation. The decreased time it takes led to financial gain for the company and removed human error.

Easy to navigate, especially the app. 
Quick and easy using on a daily Basis'. Checking rotas and whos on leave ect, app very rarely crashes.

Sometimes its hard to fit all staff on to one print out sheet, for weekly rotas. 
 Be good if changing shits ect was an option for the app to save using a computer

Quick and easy holiday processing... makes it easy to see whos off and if any staff members are off before approval of new holidays.good to see Hourly wage cost for all team members

We went for the system as it was one of the best systems to use across multiple locations, with casual and salaried staff.

Biggest dislike for us as a company is probably that some notifcations or settings can't be turned off that we dont want to receive

Workforce has helped us keep track of qualifications and certificates and let us know when they are expiring, was a big change for a manual tracker on a spreadsheet to a system that does it for you.

It streamlines the entire process of signing in and out at work and removes the need for paper. The automatic rotas were a big bonus as well when they worked. Also being able to message colleagues as well.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

How frustrating the app can be when it does work. When first integrating into the workflow, assigning regions to sign in and out of was tedious and inconvenient for staff.

**Recommendations to others considering Workforce.com:**

Ensure that it is properly trialled at each site that it's being used at

Prior to using workforce, scheduling shifts and rotas for people was tedious and long-winded. When workforce actually worked, the process was simplified. Additionally, swapping shifts, offering availability became much easier and the responsibility was handed down the chain.

The scheduling aspect and ease of entering and adjusting rotas is very easy and user friendly. The over all look and easy to view at a staff level is a great aspect and really easy for my team to see when they are working.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

It sometimes is harder to locate the exact report i am after as have to be very specific with selecting the correct team and location in the categories. can be confusing to some managers.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the main issue is being able to use the system to its fullest because of an integration issue with our til supplier, however workforce team are working extremly hard to rectifiy this with the til provider

The alternative rota view is very helpful; I also like the ability to swap shifts quickly. The ability to let members carry this out themselves saves me a lot of time.

I have had numerous occasions where bugs with Geolocation clock-ins have been incorrect and consequently led to loss of productivity.

It saves time regarding timeshets. I used to have to enter data from timesheets manually. Now it is all automated.

The most valuable part was the support I have had from Stephen and the team. They are always there!!! Always! I am not the most technical person in the world but they seem to put up with my silly questions and never stop to help educate and upskill and listen to me. They are great

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

Some of the phrasing is difficult as it would not be something we normally would not use in England. I know there are options to change the regioanl dialeg which helps a bit but that is the only negative feedback I have to share

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upload documentation means that we have access at the management level and our teams, and we are paperless. It is all straightforward to use and speeds things up. We have improved comms between out teams and us with shift availability tolls etc.

**What do you like best about Workforce.com?**

Workforce gives you a broad range of services and allows you to see all employees annual leave and shift patterns.  This allows us to have all employees in one place. There are multiple functions with timesheets, rota's.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

When changes within rota's happen very quickly and it is hard to sort out templates and rota's into an orderly fashion. The processes need to be slightly smoother for a big department 100 + staff. it doesn't flag when you have people clashing shifts.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it allows us to see all employees in one place. It allows us to see both sides of the business where we have cross overs.

Having an overview on weekly hours is helpful and really appreciate the template feature. It also links to Xero for payroll. It makes it so quick and easy!

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

The only downside I have come across is having to have tablets online to log hours, our internet can be temperamental and it does t seem to log correctly when it is back online.

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time taking do do rota's is now much less, as workforce puts planning, calculating and publishing all in one place which means I have more time for other tasks. It also lowers errors a lot!

Tanda Workforce is great for a simple out of the box soultion for timekeeping. we have used this on our few sites and the geolocation works wonders. The camera feature on the tablets is a plus as it means no one can do their colleagues favors by cloocking them in.

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

i think the costs attahced to this software is fairly high, not sure if this integrates with other software would like it to in the future.

We have our staff reporting for duty on time, and we use the system to keep tabs on overtime and annualised hours.

Can handle rotas for staff very well.  The custom Compliance rules make double time etc very easy to set up. we download into Xero Payroll and the integration works very well

**What do you dislike about Workforce.com?**

It took a little while to understand - from an accounting point of view- how to set up the links to the payroll in Xero.  But the staff were very helpful and on hand very quickly

21st century technology to make staff rotas and payroll integration easy

**What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are better able to get on top of the costs and the onboarding feature that syncs with Xero has saved a lot of manager time.  The clear rotas that the staff can all see has resulted in being better able to handle changing of cover - especially now that we have the Covid complications

Reporting is poor, projections are missing holiday even when on-costs are switched on 
Different reports seem to have different values even though it should be the same 
Sometimes different teams appear on the projections for no reason

The reports need more than meets the eye, definitely look into what is missing from each

The dashboard page only shows actual labour cost inclusive of holidays. Which makes no sense as you can't use that data. It's not a GM's fault if many people are on holiday at once.

Really good way to communicate with team members working at different sites. it was easy to also do shift swaps and better for the environment as it is paperless.

The GPS doesn't always work so hard to figure out who has turned up to work and who has not. also, the app crashes at times, making it hard to co-ordinate schedules.

GPS tracker. I believe it's in the process of or has already been resolved.issues are normally resolved in a timely manner

Easy to use, lots of feature. Dashboard may need to improve. Some staff is out authorisation, and still you can see on the list. That part needs to be improved.

It should be added more tools to create rotas easier. Dashboard needs to be eash to customise. Time off requests should to be able ro removed on rota screen. People should be able to request authorisation.

It is best way to create rotas, manage to staff, manage to see hours and costs. Photo log in and log out is the most efficient way to track records. Staff can make requests and until It is approved, It is not valid, which is great for employers

Lack of supporting tools. For instance, if I need to copy-paste the schedule for an agent, I can't seem to find a solution, it seems it can only be done for the whole team

We have been using Workforce since 2019. Easy to use and well-integrated service (rota, payroll, reports, etc). 
The super team is always helpful and easy to contact.

System updates sometimes mess up the configurations.

We use Workforce for rotas, timesheet approval. We linked it with Quickbooks for weekly payments and log all the staff paperwork
