"Simple to Use, Seamless Shipstation Sync, and a Game-Changing Client Portal"

What do you like best about CartonCloud?

Carton Cloud is fairly simple to use and navigate. The interface makes it easy for new users which is important to us as it saves time on having to train new employees on the system.

In terms of integration, we currently only have one set up with a shipping software (shipstation)- which has never gave us any issues. Orders sync over seamlessly with all the necessary information that exists on the shipping software.

Not only do we receive orders from the software but also we are able to send information over. This has been extremely helpful to us for our clients that do not have a marketplace and are able to use the client portal in CC to put in orders.

The client portal has been the most beneficial feature for us. As a 3pl, it is so important for our clients to have visibility with their inventory. Before we used to have to generate a stock report and send it via email. With the portal, they have access to this information whenever they want.

Additionally, we love that clients can put in orders on their own. As mentioned above, not all of our clients have a marketplace where they sell to consumer. So before CC, orders from these clients would come in via email and would have to be put in manually by our staff. With this feature, there is so much time saved. The time is saves us on communication back and fourth with clients is huge.

Related- we really appreciate the automated notifications that come from CC. The clients love being notified in real time about POs/inbound status, as well as sale orders.

Lastly, the support that our rep (Olivia) gives to us is second to none. She has gone and continues to go above and beyond to make sure that all our needs are met. Not only does she answer all our questions but she also helps us brainstorm best workflows for when we introduce/onboard new clients to the system. We are so appreciative for her support. What do you dislike about CartonCloud?

I truly do not have anything negative to say about the system. I have used several different WMS's and this one is by far the most robust and offers the best features.

There a few little things that I wish existed but that is only because I have seen how some others do it. I would not necessarily consider them dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CartonCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I mentioned in my previous answers, one of our main pain points was the lack of transparency we had with our clients in terms of inventory, specifically with the client that did not have a marketplace where their stock could sync to.

We would be bombarded with many emails asking for inventory reports as well as transaction reports if they had questions.

With the client portal, this is something of the past. Clients can access their inventory at any time, and can also look into transaction history on their own.

Also related, we used to waste so much time having to manually put orders into the system for our clients who did not have an online marketplace (which most of our clients who do B2B do not have).

With the client portal, they are able to easily create their own sale orders with all the proper information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
