Much like Excel, you often end up using only a small portion of its many available features. It is very easy to use on the warehouse floor, and as a configurator user, you can even optimize processes, the UI, and more. The implementation was not very complicated, and it can be integrated with your accounting system or ERP. Customer support is also very professional. The 3PL Portal is a very nice feature (the customer can check his own inventory, his purchase orders, his sales orders...) **What do you dislike about Generix Solochain WMS?** Because it is so powerful and highly configurable, it can sometimes be easy to lose track of what you want to accomplish or expect from it. While you do have the ability to add certain functionalities or custom code, there are times when you may find yourself blocked, as the improvements you wish to make are restricted to the internal code. **What problems is Generix Solochain WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The interfaces and the 3PL Portal help reduce administration time in the warehouse, as there is no need to manually enter orders.
