Stord's new OMS features an easy and interactive, live view of DTC and B2B orders, inventory levels, inbound and outbound receipts and many more offerings that make managing ecommerce operations seamless from the client side. It also features an insights section with a plethora of reports, data and analytics that enables customers to analyze performance quickly and accurately! Although the insights tab in the OMS offers a number of live reports, I'd love to see additional data fields added in for stronger analytics; examples include split lot code quantities shipped and expiration dates. Additionally, the ability to generate and download commercial invoices for international LTL shipments would be another offering that would streamline operations.
