What do you like best about StoreFeeder?

Ireland, the UK and Europe, through Shopify, EPOS in our stores and our retail partner channels, and StoreFeeder is the layer that holds the orders and the stock together. Picking, SKU and barcode management, stock across the warehouse and the showrooms, it all runs through it. The integrations are the real value for us. When we added new sales channels we weren’t rebuilding the order flow each time. The support team know the system and answer properly rather than passing you around. What do you dislike about StoreFeeder?

What problems is StoreFeeder solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives us one place to see every order regardless of where it came from. Before that, each channel was its own island and stock accuracy was the constant problem. Having the warehouse, the stores and the marketplace channels working off the same stock position is what lets us add channels without adding headcount in operations.
