ShipHero has been a great warehouse management solution for our operations, particularly because of its innovative approach to warehouse execution. What I like most is the advanced picking and packing technology, including Pick-to-Light, Voice Picking, and Tap-to-Pack features. These tools significantly reduce employee interaction with the system and allow staff to stay focused on their tasks, improving productivity, accuracy, and efficiency on the warehouse floor.
Another area where ShipHero stands out is its customer support. The support team is highly responsive, proactive, and always willing to assist with troubleshooting and operational questions, which has been extremely valuable during implementation and day-to-day operations.
From a performance perspective, the platform is fast, reliable, and accurate. Order processing, inventory updates, and warehouse transactions are completed efficiently, and the system consistently delivers the expected results. The user interface is also well-designed and intuitive, making it easy for new users to learn and navigate without extensive training.
I also appreciate newer features such as the ability to attach images during the receiving process, which helps with inventory verification, documentation, and tracking.
The only area I found somewhat challenging was the integration and API setup process. While the platform is highly capable, understanding how integrations, endpoints, and custom workflows operate can be complex, particularly for new users without a technical background. Additional documentation and a more streamlined integration experience would be beneficial.
Overall, ShipHero is a powerful, modern, and user-friendly WMS that combines innovative warehouse technology with strong operational performance and excellent customer support. I would highly recommend it to warehouses and 3PL providers looking to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any major dislikes about ShipHero. If I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the training and workflow documentation, particularly around the outbound fulfillment process. While ShipHero Academy provides a good range of training materials, I spent a significant amount of time reviewing the courses and still found certain processes challenging to apply when working in a live production environment. More detailed, real-world examples and step-by-step operational guides would help users transition from training to day-to-day warehouse operations more effectively. Overall, the system itself performs very well; the opportunity for improvement lies primarily in making the learning and onboarding experience more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
