"CartonCloud Saves Hours with Fast CSV Imports and Clear Stock Movement History"

What do you like best about CartonCloud?

My favorite feature is the CSV import for purchase orders and sale orders. When a container arrives with a long packing list, or a customer sends a weekly pull list, we can load the whole thing in one upload instead of keying in line after line. It saves us hours every week and cuts down on data-entry mistakes. The stock movement history is another big plus. When someone asks where a part has been, we can trace it quickly and give customers a clear answer. If you're running a 3PL and need something that keeps up with a busy, multi-customer warehouse, I'd recommend CartonCloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CartonCloud?

There are a couple of things we'd like to see improved. Some of the setup steps are more in-depth than they need to be, and getting a new customer or product configured can take more time than it should. We'd also love more control over visibility, so we could customize what our team and our customers see on their screens and in their views. Those are minor compared to what the system does for us. What problems is CartonCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

CartonCloud solves the problem of keeping a busy, multi-customer warehouse organized without drowning in paperwork and manual entry. Before, tracking which pallets came off which container, where they were put away, and what needed to ship out meant juggling spreadsheets, emails and a lot of double-checking.
