I love how easy it is to use. We initially started using it to track inventory between our different locations. We really needed a solution that would give us greater visibility and accountability for the company. As we began using RF-Smart we had a 70 percent increase in the speed of order fulfillment. Being able to trust our inventory across separate locations has been crucial to our continued growth. We no longer need to close each location for a wall to wall stock count. I don’t have anything dislikes about RF-Smart. Any time we have run into an issue or a pain point their team has worked with us to find a solution. They really are a WMS solution. From the moment we receive in product to the moment it ships we have complete visibility of our inventory, and are able to manage our orders with speed and accuracy.
