The clean and intuitive user interface is the best system my employees have used. Their stack of automation rules (specifically order batching) helps automate repetitive or time-consuming tasks. The labor management piece, Workforce Hero is a fantastic tool for getting clear insights into real time labor allocation and identifying top performers. Plus, the Labor Cost Dashboard gives us valuable insights into which clients cost us the most money to fulfill. Their innovation with light-based hardware for configuring custom pack stations has been game-changing for high-velocity SKU fulfillment. The scan-based quality control logic, such as scan to receive, scan to slot, scan to pick, and scan to pack, keeps inventory highly accurate. It's great that their native shipping platform supports rate shopping, so there's no need to toggle outside of ShipHero to get the best rates per package. The initial setup was beyond easy, especially with the supported Shopify integration automatically pulling in product and order data, and their CSV upload function is incredibly helpful for creating locations and inventory kits.
