What do you like best about Kintone?

Kintone has been instrumental in helping our office stay organized while managing a high volume of cases. One of its greatest strengths is the platform’s flexibility and customizability. As grantor requirements evolve, our Kintone program team can create or modify database fields to capture the specific information needed, ensuring we can track case activity and report accurately. What do you dislike about Kintone?

What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problem: Incomplete Data - Kintone prevents incomplete data entry by setting up alerts (red flags) when a user forgets to enter specific information required by a grantor.

Problem: Duplicate Work - Kintone eliminates duplicate work and serves as a single source of information, so all of our team members are working from the same, accurate details.

Problem: Lack of Confidentiality - Kintone also provides us with a place to keep key confidential case notes, which helps us when we need to go back in time to justify decisions we made about a particular case. The administrative rules also allow us to limit user-level of permissions and this has kept accidental case/info deletions at a minimum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
