We use verloop for chat process in our organisation it was user friendly where at a time we can chat with 3 customers and this made our team to handle more and more customers as our organisation was a start up with less no of executives handling more customers.

Whenever we used to reply customers that is FRT (First response time) which was not accurate in the reports.

**What do you like best about Verloop.io?**

A great platform but a lot of bugs and improvements are necessary and that kind of insights is what I would like to provide to the team through this review. 
What I like the best is how it's fully automated and how the details they provide like email id and phone number gets automatically stored.

**What do you dislike about Verloop.io?**

There are no notifications or sounds that comes for the program now. It used to be there but right now it's non existent. And this makes it hard because each time you have to refresh to see a message as no notifications are passed even if you're on other tabs.

Initially there was a problem through which I was not able to assign leads. Now it's working as all the leads generated are coming under the QUEUE section which allows me to jump in and join that room

It's so fast and convenient that it makes helping customers solve their problems by understanding their demands or difficulties. Likewise, whenever their problems are solved, they give their feedback to us, and the ratings mean a lot to the survival of the company.

**What do you dislike about Verloop.io?**

Customizable canned responses would be great! Also, an option to remove feedback from blank chats. Which is worst and spoils the whole ranking as many customers tend to do that. Like they come for a sec and go back offline later, just checking back to give a fast.

I would highly recommend using this as it makes it so efficient to solve queries and the best is you can send and receive attachments to know the issues.

The first and the foremost biggest nightmare of our company is the logistics partner our company has chosen to operate with as they are the cheapest, but they pay a high cost for it, and that's the most frequently solved problem query with the loop!

The automation was a lifesaver; we could use multiple bots flows to solve various issues, which helped us improve our self-serve and gradually increase our CSAT.

Analytics is one thing that the team is yet to crack; the data dashboard is still very vague and does not hold much info; downloading the reports and creating your own view was one was a tedious process.

Verloop not only solved our bot flow it also helped us share the context of the bot flow with our Agents which helped the agents in better understanding the user concern and be ready with a resolution at the time of greetings, it also helped us reduced our average handling time thus increasing our efficiency.

We can have outreach and we can have a conversational bot. This helps us send promotional and transactional messages and is very useful. This is the only use we have right now.

**What do you dislike about Verloop.io?**

We don't like that we don't have a real-time dashboard for outreach. Access/usability/creating chatbot flow is not user-friendly. For every other change, you need a developer. No analytics in MoEngage from verloop. Campaign data takes a lot of time to come in front.

Communication with Users and Nurturing leads. It also have conversational chat AI which helps to chat with user and get the data for us so that right person is assigned. Easy assignment.

I like the very much to use verloop.I am an chat agent and it is very helpful to me and It has use full to attached the screenshot and the documents its help you verify those documents.

Some times it get hagged and I have to transfer that chat and i have to restart the system for that and restart the network again an again. But it is ok there are drowback in every thing we will adjust  that but please work on this.

The rights to add , edit or remove canned messages for example are exclusive to admin roles, it would be great if manager roles had similar rights

If you are looking for a user-friendly yet efficient system, Verloop is your go-to. you would be able to integrate it with most of your CRM systems which will allow you to optimize productivity and it will definitely impact your NPS and CSAT

One of the best benefits is the possibility to integrate it to CRMs such as Sales force, chat bot creates automated requests based on process flows which allows less people to attend the chat and more to actually solve customer concerns

I really like how the dashboard is designed to be able to track our performance. The custom date range option is really helpful. Also not to mention but the part where you tag the chat is also so seemless. I don't have to spend much time figuring out how to close the chat.

There is nothing as such to be disliked, the system is adequate. But just a suggestion, to add screen sharing option in the chat window. Where we can easily access the user's system for assistance purpose, without having to ask to download a third party software.

Any company can switch to verloop, since it is so user friendly and you can even access the CRM tabs from it. I have never come across such a user friendly platform.

I am into customer support so verloop through which we actually answer chats to. The benefit to use verloop here is that is has the option to directly access some CRM tabs from verloop itself. I don't need to everytime copy and paste the user's email into company's CRM to access certain information. I can just do it with a click from verloop itself.

As there is no such issue but i face a problem while using it get hange/lacked so there is sometime delay in response As i cam customer service agent the 1st response is very improtant to us.

Chat notifications don't arrive at times. Can be looked at this bug. Think verloop team is working in this, hopefully can get the solution soon. Notifying in chat.

The dashboard is easy to use as compared to other applications. The AHT, user's details are visible and there's no need to re-search more details when all the information is available on one screen. Active/ inactive hours are shown. Easy to send the attachments.

**What do you dislike about Verloop.io?**

Verloop needs to allow the users to attach files over 50 MB. The sound notification doesn't work sometimes, plus there is a lag in the old and new Verloop V2 versions. The manual queue alignment feature needs to be removed from the 'Departments' section.

Choose as per the size of your business. Great for start-ups. If the employee strength is less (100-150) go for it.

Resolving user issues via chat. Assigning queues to specific teams. Generating master reports to track the productivity of the team. Setting concurrency of the chats as per the business requirement. Using BOT recipes when there's a planned shrinkage of maintenance at our end.

The Display of the chats that show up in the right format, specially the features where it assigns the chats to the respected agents who are working  for the day.

At times there is a lag in the alert feature, which causes an agent to lose the time to connect to the customer. it is an occurrence that happens once a day, every day.

**What do you like best about Verloop.io?**

I like how easy Verloop is to understand from an agents perspective, me and my team has been using Verloop for the last 6+ months now and I must say this has been one of the easiest to use apps with an amazing real-time dashboard that gives us a clear picture of the inflow and metrics.
One of the best updates recently that we saw was the new skill set option, it is what we have been waiting for soo long and it's really helpful. Would be really great if we can add departments in the skill set as well along with the concurrency.

**What do you dislike about Verloop.io?**

I would not say dislike, but maybe something that can be improved or built. 
1) An option to add a banner or message on the front in case there are any known issues like Zendesk Live chat has
2) Even if the bot is being used on a web form, it should save the past chats as per the unique identifier such as Email ID, number, or an internal ID, instead of IP address which can change often, which later creates an issue to check the past chats.
3) A universal search to simply search the chat with keywords, also an open search so agents can see others' chat as well if searched without giving them the higher access.
4) Chat transcript
5) A message or action which can be taken by the bot even after the chat lands in the "Agent Queue"
6) Issues we have been facing recently with the "Waiting on a user" part, we want to add a message before the bot auto close the chat, however after the bot ending message the chat comes back to the agent bucket which should not happen. So currently we are using it without a closure message.

We aim to provide the best support industry-wise and that can't be achieved without having real-time support via chat.
