It makes it super intuitive for the agents to converse with the customers. **What do you dislike about Verloop.io?** I wish to see more metrics within the dashboard that allow us to track our progress. **Recommendations to others considering Verloop.io:** I think Verloop will be a great fit for any company to reduce the excessive burden off of their daily activities within the business. You can train and automate frequently asked questions from the customers. It can be used for Customer Support, Lead Generation and Marketing. It only takes a few minutes to build the bot flow and can implement it on the website in no time. Their support team is amazing they are always there to help us to make changes to the bot and optimize our process to improve the efficiency. **What do you dislike about Verloop.io?** Currently, scheduling demos or appointments inside the bot is not possible. There are so many options to choose from which is a bit confusing sometimes. **What problems is Verloop.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using different bot recipes on different pages based on the need. We are using it for Lead Generation & Customer Support. Our response time reduced drastically and with the FAQ Automation feature, most of the questions are answered by the bot that reduces human effort. UI is very much attractive & Simple. **What do you dislike about Verloop.io?** There is lack of some features like Restart chat option, Welcome message mobile responsiveness but as per business point of view these are not so big affecting things.
