# How to add custom responses and customize them, also option to not send rating for a customer? Please could you bring this update and get the custom responses to feature on this? and If there will be an option to detect blank chats and not give them the option to give rating for the chat because what happens always is that those are the customers who spoil the entire day's work and other good interactions and problem-solving power of our's go wasted entirely and that's really bad for us being a smallest positioned and ranked personal of the office.
