I particularly appreciate the overall UI of the platform. It's clean, easy to scan, and contains all the necessary UX research tools. Pricing is competitive, and the growth plan allows for covering almost everything when it comes to UX research. The one thing that I liked the most was the chatbot feature and the very responsive, helpful customer service team. The AI does a really good job at answering surface questions, and whenever it reaches its limits, it transfers you very quickly to a friendly, very helpful customer service team member. That's the best AI-to-customer service feature that I've come across so far. I haven't encountered any issues in terms of speed or performance; it always seemed to be working well. The one thing that I dislike is that sometimes, foreign transactions get blocked, and therefore, it isn't possible to purchase a paid plan. It is a shame that the one thing that doesn't work isn't related to the product itself, because what Lyssna offers is great. When I tried to create an account with a Dutch Mastercard, the system wouldn't accept it. Customer service was once again very helpful with me, and they tried everything to find a solution.
