"Reliable, Scalable CPaaS with Excellent APIs and Flexible Integrations"
What do you like best about Twilio?

Twilio offers a very reliable and scalable CPaaS with excellent APIs for SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and omnichannel communication. The documentation is detailed, integrations are flexible, and it’s easy to customize workflows for different use cases. It works well across regions and handles high volumes without delivery issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

Pricing can become expensive as usage scales, especially for SMS and WhatsApp. Initial setup and configuration may feel complex for non-technical teams, and some advanced features require deeper technical expertise. Support response time can vary depending on the plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Evaluating Twilio for Business Communication Needs"
What do you like best about Twilio?

Twilio makes it simple to integrate SMS, voice, and email through one reliable platform. The APIs are easy to work with, well-documented, and scale smoothly from small projects to enterprise deployments. I also appreciate the strong global coverage and consistently high delivery rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

The biggest drawback is the pricing, which can get expensive at scale compared to some competitors. Billing can also feel a bit complex with different rates for regions and channels. In addition, while the platform is powerful, some features take extra effort to configure, and support response times could be faster for urgent issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional flexibility and reliability for real-time communications"
What do you like best about Twilio?

What I value most about Twilio is its flexibility and the reliability it offers when integrating real-time communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

What I like least about Twilio is that sometimes the complexity of its setup and the large number of available options can make the learning curve quite steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"$10,000 fraud charges, no help from Twilio on solving it - straight up scam"
What do you like best about Twilio?

Twilio is fairly easy to set up, which can be beneficial for teams looking to quickly integrate SMS communication functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Twilio. We faced SMS toll fraud, which led to thousands of dollars in charges, including charges from a Twilio service, Authy, that we never enabled. Their fraud protection tools failed to prevent this, and we had to stop the activity ourselves. The support we received was non-existent, inconsistent, and often contradictory. Despite presenting logs and evidence, we got false explanations that neither addressed the root issue nor clarified how Authy charges occurred. Our account was suddenly locked over an unexplained balance not visible in our billing history, yet Twilio insists on payment before continuing any investigation. This feels like a scam. Their actions have led to significant operational challenges and financial losses for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Multi-Channel Messaging and Notifications with Twilio"
What do you like best about Twilio?

I love Twilio's reliability, scalability, and easy API integration, as it makes adding messaging, calls, and notifications into apps fast and seamless. Smooth setup, well-documented APIs and easy-to-integrate SDKs, that allows us to get basic messaging and call workflows up and running effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

Pricing can get high at scale, and the setup for advanced features like IVR or multichannel workflows can be a bit complex for smaller teams. Advanced features like IVR, multi-channel campaigns, and real-time analytics require extra setup and some coding knowledge, which can be tricky for smaller teams. What do you like best about Twilio?

It helps me make decisions faster and analysis different perspectives. The platform is also super reliable and simple to use. The SMS and OTP delivery rates improved noticeably after shifting to this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can get too overwhelming with the number of responses and leads it can generate. SUpport is slow to respond and UI can also be improved little, it feels cluttered in few pages making it uneasy to read and comprehend the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
