I have never hired them nor used their service, I have no idea how good they are or not at what they supposedly do. All I know is that my credit card has been charged $35,000 to their credit. I have never signed a contract with them nor received any correspondence from them. All of my attempts to contact their customer service have fallen flat. I noticed a charge on my credit card, a little over $35,000. I reported this to.Twilio through their customer service portal. I get bot responses, and I answer all of the questions The bot asks, but I cannot get any help. They may be good at their job, I doubt they have any complicity in this credit card charge, but they are certainly not helping me resolve the problem. If I were contemplating using them for their stated service, I would be incredibly reluctant. You will have no way of getting a hold of an actual person to solve your problem.
