"Amazing for developing"
What do you like best about Twilio?

Twilio is incredibly flexible and developer-friendly. It offers well-documented APIs that make it easy to integrate voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and email into any application. The scalability, reliability, and global reach are major upsides, and tools like Twilio Studio and Conversations streamline customer engagement workflows without heavy infrastructure. What do you dislike about Twilio?

Twilio’s pricing can quickly add up, especially at scale or with global usage. The cost structure isn’t always transparent, and debugging delivery issues (e.g., SMS not received) can be difficult without deep telecom knowledge. Support can also be slow for smaller accounts. "$35,000 fraud charges, no help from Twilio on solving it"
What do you like best about Twilio?

I have never hired them nor used their service, I have no idea how good they are or not at what they supposedly do. All I know is that my credit card has been charged $35,000 to their credit. I have never signed a contract with them nor received any correspondence from them. All of my attempts to contact their customer service have fallen flat. I am not able to get past their bots Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

I noticed a charge on my credit card, a little over $35,000. I reported this to.Twilio through their customer service portal. I get bot responses, and I answer all of the questions The bot asks, but I cannot get any help. They may be good at their job, I doubt they have any complicity in this credit card charge, but they are certainly not helping me resolve the problem. If I were contemplating using them for their stated service, I would be incredibly reluctant. You will have no way of getting a hold of an actual person to solve your problem.
