What do you like best about Twilio?

What I love about Twilio is how easy it is to use. They've become very user-friendly with their no-code options like Twilio Studio Flow. These new features help reduce the need for some added expenses like Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

The only thing that I believe needs improving are the available options in Twilio Studio flow. If you can do something in their other services, it would be nice to have a no-code way to do it in studio flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interruptions after many years:

Upon checking your account, I see you have created a Starter business profile. However, there is no Brand or Campaign created. Please note, starting 6th September 2022 Twilio has paused Starter Brand registration for both Direct and ISV customers as TCR/Carriers are putting stricter standards for who qualifies for a Starter brand. While we are still working with TCR/Carriers to finalize our timing and strategy for rolling this out, we need to stop onboarding customers to Starter brands/campaigns until this is complete.

Hence, I request you register for Standard Brand. Below are the resources that may be helpful for you based on the type of customer you are:

What do you like best about Twilio?

You don't need to take the pain of configuring cloud services for sending out notifications. SMS and WhatsApp notifications are handled in a single go. WhatsApp notifications require approved templates, which are carefully managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dashboard is very slow. Every page reload takes some time to load, making the usability of the website painful. If you are on weak internet, it will be very difficult for you to access the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio?

Fantastic service for the money they ask for! Twilio is a wonderful tool for building an infrastructure for making phone calls and sending SMS messages. Certainly, it has a learning curve, but overall it's much easier to get set up and running than most of its competitors in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio?

While it's much easier to learn the platform than most and the UI has significantly improved over time, it's not as simple as I'd like it to be. Once you get into it it's OK, but teaching the new stuff on how to work with it definitely takes some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio?

They will give you the run around for weeks. This company asked me the dumbest questions back and forth for over 10 emails. Gave me the absolute run around and grilled me about all my addresses on my PayPal and made me jump through ridiculous hoops, one after another. each email was a new request.

ZERO respect for their customers or time and they hold you, hostage, while you paying for other apps that are running only on their service such as GHL.

What do you like best about Twilio?

It has everything and that makes my job easier. I can attend the customer through chats or through calls, I can know how many calls are on hold and its database allows me to call back if a customer could not be attended at the right time. What do you dislike about Twilio?

I have worked with other customer service software and this one is not as intuitive as I would like, although it has many more features that make it more competent. If they placed their tools differently, it would make everything look more orderly and be less overwhelming to use at first.
