The customer success team has been amazing to work with. Ellyson is our Customer Success Manager and she has been instrumental in ensuring we understand the value of the platform, and that we're able to effectively communicate that value to our leadership team. What do you dislike about Tie?

Our primary use case for Tie is visitor identification, and it can be difficult to assess incremental value on the end of our email platform. The support team at Tie is the best part. Our rep spends time analyzing components of our strategy that we don't have time to look at or think about ourselves. What do you dislike about Tie?

There isn't any express dislike about Tie. I sometimes feel like the size of our business doesn't necessitate the level of granular detail and testing that Tie does, but doing something typically reserved for larger businesses isn't necessarily a drawback. Without Tie, I wouldn't think that any of it is really that important, but having Tie there allocates time and attention to it for the improvement of the brand, so as we grow we don't have to catch up to that stage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tie?

I use Tie for retention marketing across many brands. I like how it helps identify customers on our site who aren't yet in our email/sms program and targets them effectively. The promo tab protection tool is also great, as it helps us land in more primary inboxes, which drives higher click and conversion rates for our campaigns. In A/B tests, this tool contributes to higher revenue compared to campaigns without it. Additionally, I appreciate the proactive and responsive team that's always there to answer questions and guide new strategies. What do you like best about Tie?

I use Tie for increasing revenue by recognizing anonymous website visitors. It's able to recognize the majority of our website's anonymous visitors and helps us reach them through email flows. I find it super helpful to work with Ellyson, one of their customer success managers, on a monthly basis to review how things are going and to talk about improvements. She really understands how the email marketing platform works and also how Tie works. She suggested a new product from Tie that helps improve our email deliverability, so we've been testing that out as well. The initial setup of Tie was very easy. What do you dislike about Tie?

What do you like best about Tie?

I really appreciate our account rep who is great at helping with integrations and optimizations in the Tie platform and in our ESP. Moreover, Tie is always releasing products that assist with deliverability optimization. I love how easy and fast the initial setup was, especially because Tie provided all necessary documentation that a business user could handle without needing any dev work. The analytics dashboards are extremely digestible, allowing business users of all technical abilities to leverage the tool effectively. It’s fantastic to have a quick reference for sales attribution and other KPIs, thanks to Tie's dashboard. Additionally, Tie integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo. I like that Tie runs in the backend, and I never have to worry about it. It doesn't add any work for me because users are automatically added into a flow, allowing me to retarget them. I see a monthly revenue increase from these users. I also like that Tie syncs seamlessly into our Klaviyo account, and the initial setup was super easy, taking just a few hours.
