The support team at Tie is the best part. Our rep spends time analyzing components of our strategy that we don't have time to look at or think about ourselves. Without Tie, all of those improvements, tests and strategies would not be a part of our brand at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't any express dislike about Tie. I sometimes feel like the size of our business doesn't necessitate the level of granular detail and testing that Tie does, but doing something typically reserved for larger businesses isn't necessarily a drawback. Without Tie, I wouldn't think that any of it is really that important, but having Tie there allocates time and attention to it for the improvement of the brand, so as we grow we don't have to catch up to that stage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
