What do you like best about Tie?

As a performance-based agency, everything we do is centered around customer acquisition and measurable impact. Our revenue is directly tied to the success of our clients, which means we need the most effective tools to maximize conversions and improve efficiency. Revenue Roll has been an absolute game-changer for us in this regard.

The biggest upside is how seamlessly it identifies and re-engages high-intent shoppers—something that traditional retargeting platforms simply can’t do at the same level. RR ensures we’re targeting the right people at the right time, driving stronger ROAS and lowering CAC.

From a financial standpoint, having this in the mix does so much for our revenue targets with clients. It increases our ability to scale retargeting profitably, ensuring we can maximize performance while keeping costs efficient. The additional benefit of their email deliverability optimization also provides indirect advantages, helping to improve overall engagement beyond paid media.

What do you dislike about Tie?

What do you like best about Tie?

I use Tie for increasing revenue by recognizing anonymous website visitors. It's able to recognize the majority of our website's anonymous visitors and helps us reach them through email flows. I find it super helpful to work with Ellyson, one of their customer success managers, on a monthly basis to review how things are going and to talk about improvements. She really understands how the email marketing platform works and also how Tie works. She suggested a new product from Tie that helps improve our email deliverability, so we've been testing that out as well. The initial setup of Tie was very easy. What do you dislike about Tie?

We are unsure if it is generating much revenue, and sometimes we get a good amount of spam complaints from the website visitors that we email since they never subscribed to our email list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
