# What's the benefit of teamwork for you?

Teamwork helps us to have a centralized process and also to control our steps and responsibilities in order to ensure consistency with the company's immediate and long-term targets.

I am so excited to hire my first VA and integrate them into the teamwork system as I had setup with my previous company. This will allow me to completely manage workflow, progress tracking, communication, and allow me to scale quite easily once all the training task templates are in place. Integrates well with Zapier as well, so a lot of automated processes are in place so when products on my site sell, task lists are automatically launched and assigned to the corresponding parties with due dates and checklists built into descriptions. I am running a three person operations with massive scaling opportunities by myself currently, and I couldnt do it without Teamwork and Zapier.
