The help desk is staffed by knowledgable people who know how to communicate. The sales staff are knowledgable and honest so we did not experience a disconnect between what we thought we signed up for and what we experienced. **What do you dislike about ProjectManager?** I honestly have no criticism or have experienced any shortfall for waht we need from a project management software. the only problem we are experiencing is a slow update and find we have to keep refreshing the screen. This may be because of the number of sub-tasks we have and is something we will discuss with the Help Desk. **What problems is ProjectManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enterin information is easy and intuitive. I did not have to watch hours or video or numerous chats with the help desk to set up our projects. This saves time and avoids frustration. It has a great team environment to get adherance to the usual project management activities. It has a dashboard and report that can be easily used so can be powerful for managing projects. **What do you dislike about ProjectManager?** At the moment we have a number of projects that interact with each other but we cannot link them together unless we have them in a large plan, however we would like to keep them separate for simplicity otherwise have thosands of lines. Also, it would be good to have a feature which if you press updates the entire plan making sure all links between tasks are updated - if anything is in the past it will then shift the entire plan to the right - similar to data date in P6. It would also be good to have a an area to see total hours in the plan - I have a workaround for this but great if i could find it somewhere. **What problems is ProjectManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to book time to the project so we know how the team is tracking. THis also gives us a resourse spend. We are tracking progress of tasks to know how the plan is progressing. Being able to look at tasks with team and adjusting is a big plus. Can't integrate Microsoft Projects tool to create a schdule of tasks. The dashboard, in theory, has great features as well, but needs a little improvement. Its not perfect, but for the price is better than others and easier. **What do you dislike about ProjectManager?** The dashboard needs a little improvement by calculating time ahead/behind schedule based off the baseline dates, and not planned dates as those are moving as the projects progress. The mobile app needs a lot of improvement and is fairly limited to the point we have deemed it useless. **What problems is ProjectManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not aware of them solving any problem. I asked if they could add a feature to use the dashboard to formulate off of the baseline dates vs planned dates, but did not get a very good response. ProjectManager has an excellent reporting system, a system where you can see the statistics in the separate grid, in addition, you can know exactly the number of elaborated tasks, completed and incompleted tasks on a specific date, you can know exactly the production and the number of tasks that have been developed in a specific sector, it is impressive to be able to access such detailed statistics, in addition, in this section you can see graphs that better explain the behavior of all the members of a sector. 2. It has an excellent timer system capable of correctly measuring how much time a person invests in completing one of the assignments, in addition, within this section the assignments can be dragged and set a time limit for each one, the employees will not be able to complete that allocation after the delivery time has already expired. This feature helps keep accountability intact so assignments are turned in on time. 3. Obtaining reports is one of the most perfect things about ProjectManager since the reports can be obtained in PDF o Excel document, this helps the information obtained from the reports to be ordered in various ways so that we can analyze and understand much more easily, I love this way of obtaining reports, I have never seen a system like this before. 4. The task system and the notification system are things that go hand in hand with this software and they have a key function so that you can have a complete experience.
