I like the sourcing process in Sprout Social Influencer Marketing; it's great for finding influencers that align with the client's demographics, and I've liked it historically. The reporting features are fantastic, providing great visibility into campaign performance and allowing us to pull live monitoring of campaigns for instant updates. The platform also helps with brand safety by flagging potential risks, which is really helpful and speeds along the process of vetting influencers. I'm unhappy with the recent data changes and things being sampled. I don't love the content workflow approval because it alerts the influencer immediately, which isn't ideal when the client's comments are not complete. Also, I don't use the messaging feature much as it doesn’t provide full team visibility, even within organization logins. The recent need to authenticate for certain data points has been frustrating, especially early in sourcing when we aren't typically doing outreach yet because it feels like a waste of the influencers' time and we've had negative responses from people seeming to think it's a bit sketchy since we don't have the relationship yet.
