I love the One-Sheet Builder and Brand Fit Score features! They’re by far the most valuable tools for recommending creators to my clients, and I'm using them almost every day. The Brand Fit Score makes it really easy to build out different target audience segments and customize interests and keywords, which helps narrow in on creators who actually make sense for the brand. Then the One-Sheet Builder pulls everything together by packaging a creator’s analytics, background, and key callouts into a clean, client-ready PDF, which saves a ton of time! One thing that can be a bit tricky is the filtering especially when it comes to creator and audience locations. It sometimes takes a little finagling to get the results you’re looking for, but once you start playing around with keywords and refining the filters, it usually gets you where you need to go. I find that the platform is pretty visually interesting and very easy to navigate through. I really enjoy the influence identification, which was previously part of Tagger, and seeing the level of depth they offer. I feel like ever since Sprout Social Influencer Marketing took over Tagger, there hasn't been as clear of a filter system for influencer identification. In the past, we could narrow based on Hispanic affinity or identity, but I don't see that anymore. The ability to identify similar influencers based on a handle is also missing. Additionally, when using the search bar for interests like 'soccer affinity' or 'vacation', the keyword search doesn't feel as strong. It's been difficult finding the most accurate influencers, so we sometimes need to turn to desktop research. Specifically, the filter limitations lead to this issue. I like the ability to do proposals in Sprout Social Influencer Marketing and manage the budget. I love the feature to review posts and chat back and forth with the influencers. It really streamlines everything, making it a lot easier to correspond with the influencers and keep everything in one place. As someone who's new to this, I feel like I would love to be able to toggle to see what the creators I'm working with are seeing on their side. It's a little difficult for me to help them troubleshoot or for me to understand how they are receiving my messages or requests for content. The initial setup wasn't super easy because I didn't quite understand how everything worked or what was necessary for our purposes, and I really had to play around with it to get it right. I primarily use SSIM for finding, vetting, partnering with, and reporting on influencer collaborations for my destination clients. I love that the topic-based search, brand-fit matching, and brand-safety/authenticity signals make it easy to determine whether an influencer will be a good fit for my clients. Our 30+ member team all use our SSIM account, and it can sometimes be tricky to make sure everyone has access to the platform when they need it. We used to have pretty consistent direct communication with our reps, but not in quite a while. I use Sprout Social Influencer Marketing to search for influencers that fit my brand's identity, and I like the organization and filtering of potential influencers. The brand fit score works well, helping me determine if an influencer's content and audience are suitable for my brand, without endlessly scrolling through accounts. I find that a lot of influencers are not connected to Sprout Social Influencer Marketing and do not like the idea of sharing their data. I want to be able to track the performance as best as I can, so connecting the insights is important. I would like to have all information at my disposal to show the return influencers get, but if they are unwilling to based off it being another thing to log in to or sharing their data and engagement that might be bad. I like the ability to filter the creator search with options like engagement rate and follower size, which helps us narrow down our search quickly. It's also user-friendly. We typically hire creators with a 1% engagement rate or above, and these advanced search filters make it easier to find exactly what our clients are looking for, whether we need micro-influencers, nano-influencers, or someone with a larger following. 1. When it shows similar creators, it doesn't stick to the location and filters I entered in my search. If I'm looking for creators in New York, I don't want suggestions for "similar creators" in Los Angeles. 2. The location information is often inaccurate, which isn't helpful when I'm trying to find creators. 3. I wish it would provide insights about creator performance and how they measure up to averages so we can adjust our strategy. 4. Some functions don't work, like link tracking. 5. I think Sprout Social Influencer Marketing offers a lot of options to help us find brand partners and creators for specific campaigns. It's really helpful that when they are part of the creator hub, we can see their post analytics without having to ask for them manually, which is something we were doing before. Additionally, the UTM click tracking is a really helpful feature because before we used to create UTMs through an Adobe interface, which took extra time. Some of the tracking pieces are not quite as intuitive to use. When we were initially looking at UTM creations, those fields were not very straightforward for people that did not have coding experience. When you go in to create a link that redirects to a different web page, there are multiple fields that I think are for vanity URL creation, and our team could not figure out how to update those fields or use them to create vanity URLs. We just kept getting error messages. The setup was easy, but it was more difficult for our team to only use the two seats since we paid by seat, and our social team is more than two people, so we have to take turns using the seats. We have a very specific target audience and demographic we want to reach so it's easy to go through, search for creators and find folks who have the engagement rate and audience make up that we're looking for. The platform is pretty intuitive and easy to use. It's been great to have internal Sprout partners and points of contact who want to help us through our work and help us better understand how to use the platform. I would really love if there was a way to filter creators based on where they indicate they are geographically. I also really dislike not being able to save creators I see into other lists if I have found them through the "more creators" portion of an already made creator list. I don't like that we have to manually update post metrics like shares, and QA alot of the data pulling in on creator's post as it doesn't always reflect what's currently showing up on a creator's post.

I like how easy it is to utilize Sprout Social Influencer Marketing, and I enjoy the wealth of information I am able to find within the platform. The analytics features, specifically the overview of an influencer's audience data and general ER, are very helpful when choosing which influencers to put forward for consideration for our campaigns. Additionally, I often utilize the campaign summary feature for pulling data for end-of-year recaps. I would really enjoy if you could organize your campaign folders a bit more extensively. For example, if we separate out by year, then by brand, then by campaign itself (example: 2026 folder -> 2026 Lincoln US, Lincoln CA, UniWorld, Volvo -> Within the Lincoln US folder we could organize additional campaigns). Additionally, if you could add a more in-depth brand fit score section to building out your One-sheet reports, that would be helpful when putting influencers forward for our clients to review. It would also be useful for us to have an AI sourcing feature, where you could input certain specific criteria like location, demographic type, and what they post (or using keywords) and it would pull a list for you. Just a few things I would utilize more. While the Sprout support team is fairly quick to respond and helpful, I do miss having an individual contact that was designated to managing our Sprout account as a whole.
