Nothing - even their support teams are really challenging to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sprout Social Influencer Marketing? Ever since Tagger was purchased by Sprout Social, the capabilities have been rolled back and they've made the interface less user friendly. You can give feedback and they'll acknowledge it was given, but in the end they will do what they want with no consideration for their consumers. They will also sneak in an "auto renewal" clause into your contract and won't email you to let you know that your subscription is going to be auto renewed. You'd think there'd be a way to cancel, but no, you're on the hook for the annual price. They are sneaky and they take advantage of their users. I requested a demo of some of their features and requested that the video be recorded. Is that video downloadable? No, they won't let you have access to download the video, even when my company is paying tens of thousands of dollars a year.
