What do you like best about Sysarb?

Honestly, this tool has been a lifesaver for compliance!

It instantly gives us the Directive reports we need, saving weeks of spreadsheet headaches.

We can now easily visualize our entire job architecture and pinpoint exactly where those pay gaps are, which means our fixes are data-driven, not guesswork.

What do you like best about Sysarb?

Complicated pay data is transformed into simple charts and graphs that they allow me in a matter of seconds to pinpoint salary gaps. Such clarity turned out to be pivotal in the subsequent investigation stages related to our remuneration model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sysarb?

The importing of data turned out to be an essential obstacle. Putting our employee data in was very hard, because it had to fit Sysarb's specific file formatting sometimes needing over file conversion. I really appreciate the cooperation with the Sysarb team. That in combination with a flexible and easy to use software solution makes Sysarb a company a really appreciate working with. I don't think there is anything a dislike with Sysarb. They're still a rather young company but in my opinion they're well aware about that and the fact that their software isn't perfect and that it can be improved and developed further. What do you like best about Sysarb?

Running a salary review process, with equal pay in mind, has been a head ache previously. Sysarb offers both an interface, process and support that enables us to do this annually without friction. What do you like best about Sysarb?

Sysarb is user-friendly, easy to get an overview and to get good and relevant data. It is particularly positive that you as a user can work completely digitally and not with complicated excel sheets that have to be sent around with passwords.

You can have several different salary reviews going on at the same time in different collective agreements and the longer you use the system, the more history you will have and more useful data.

Customer support is always easy to get in touch with and the technicians are great to work with. They listen to your requests and try to shape the system according to your company's needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
