What do you like best about ADP DataCloud?

What is most helpful about ADP DataCloud is the ability to customize the data based on the needs of the company. As an HR professional, I can appreciate the ease of gathering this information without having to go to our data analytics team. I can customize data to needs and understanding. What do you dislike about ADP DataCloud?

I wouldn't say that I dislike anything. I would say that sometimes it gives you more information than needed and you have to remember to change settings or you will get reports with way too many fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP DataCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a nonprofit organization, often times our grants require information on things such as staff numbers over the years, turnover rates, etc. The DataCloud makes it easy to gather that information for reporting. We recently started looking at pay equity in the organization and I was able to easily pull reports on where we are as well benchmarks from ADP showing where we should be.
