**What do you like best about Syndio?**

Syndio has quickly become more than a vendor to our organization. Because of their depth of knowledge and their ever-expanding array of products, we've come to think of Syndio as our dependable partner in all things Workplace Equity. I've personally never experienced this level of service and attentiveness in any other vendor relationship. I would give Syndio high marks for PayEQ alone, but being able to depend on thought leaders such as Maria and Christine and Nancy to guide me in navigating pay equity in my own organization as well as educate me on external trends and legislation has been invaluable. I wish I had the budget to implement every product they offer.

**What do you dislike about Syndio?**

My only critique of Syndio (and critique is a strong word because I know they're working on this) is the lack of integration with my HR system. It would be nice to have a seamless integration without having to manually upload each time. But I know it's only a matter of time before this is a reality.

**What problems is Syndio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syndio's PayEQ platform allows me to analyze all of our company compensation data agnostically and look for anomolies. Because the tool is agnostic, I can divorce bias and emotions from the analysis and focus solely on the data.

**What do you like best about Syndio?**

We've been using Syndio's PayEQ tool to manage our Pay Equity analysis before and during our compensation cycles. The product is easy to use and agile, implementation was thoughtful and supportive, and ongoing support from our CSM, Katrina, and subject matter expert, Issa, has been incredibly helpful as we navigate shifts to our compensation philosophy and the market conditions.

**What do you dislike about Syndio?**

We'd like to implement the Pay Finder tool for new talent, but with the current economic conditions, it's a bit cost-prohibitive for us at the moment.

**What problems is Syndio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring equitable pay amongst protected classes on an ongoing basis, semiannually at the least. We run an analysis before each compensation cycle to ensure no inequities have been created since the previous, and gut check the proposed outcomes to ensure we are creating no inequity before finalizing. We're proud to know we pay equitably and can report these findings to the company and applicants. We'll likely be pursuing a Fair Pay Certification through Syndio as well in the future.

**What do you like best about Syndio?**

We've been using Syndio for two years now and have LOVED it. I have partnered with other companies in the past but those analyses take months and gobs of money. I love that I can work on my file and load it into the system and begin immediately to see where I need to focus remediation efforts. I also love that we can go variable by variable to see where the inequity comes from which is not really all that easy with a 3rd party firm.

**What do you dislike about Syndio?**

Sometimes the system just spins and it doesn't tell me why the file isn't loading. They always resolve the issue but it requires assistance.

**Recommendations to others considering Syndio:**

Don't think twice. Go for it.

**What problems is Syndio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What we are trying to solve is resolving system pay inequity in our world. After two years of using Syndio we have no more statistical pay gaps based on race, gender, or age. Syndio has helped us achieve this outcome.

Two analyses are needed for race and gender, should be connected in one,  should be easier to integrate as part of year-end planning (integrate w/SAP or other HR system

**Recommendations to others considering Syndio:**

Great solution if you want to increase the frequency and scope of your pay equity studies.

**What problems is Syndio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identify and remediate pay disparities, better quality of starting salaries (new hires, M&A integration). Capability to run  multiple analyses without depending on outside consultants, pace and cost savings
