You match you position to one that is the best fit to one in Salary.com&#39;s database.  If it is a blended position you can match to a few and indicate the % of each.  You can then assign a scope based on company size and location to ensure modifiers are applied to consider those factors.  Then you run the analysis and Salary.com or CompAnalyst will provide a detailed job profile with salrlary ranges that would apply to the position, with comparisons to what you are currently paying, your countries ranges and your defined scope ranges.  From these ranges your can determine average salaries..
