What do you like best about CompUp?

We evaluated several options, but chose them because of their flexibility, intuitive interface, and strong C&B capabilities. Their solution offered the right balance between functionality and ease of use, and they clearly understood our specific HR needs better than others. Their support team has been excellent — responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. A real ‘wow’ moment was when they helped us roll out a custom bonus structure in just two days. What do you dislike about CompUp?

One area where they could improve is reducing backend dependencies. A more flexible, DIY approach in some modules would empower HR teams to make quick changes without relying heavily on support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CompUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

CompUp helped us automate and streamline our appraisal process, which was previously manual and time-consuming. With their platform, we now have better control, visibility, and consistency across performance reviews.
