I particularly like the feature that allows me to sort based on attributes like location, experience and stage of company. I find it useful due to its fine granularity; I use it to determine if my pay packages are competitive enough to catch the right attention and hire the recruits for our startup. There are a number of issues with exporting data from Ravio. The existing choices are rather rigid and do not provide the key customization features.
