I really appreciate the pricing offered by Streams.AI, which was unmatched when we switched from our previous telephone company. The standout aspect for me is the customer service, which I find to be the best among the companies I interact with online. Their responses are quick, and the staff always have a helpful attitude. This great service has led to a high level of customer satisfaction, which is rare for me. I'm thrilled with the service we receive, and I even think your team handles training and staff usage issues better than any I've experienced. The initial setup was very easy for my team as well, which added to the positive experience. Switching to Streams.AI resulted in massive savings immediately, which was a great advantage for us.

**What do you like best about Streams.AI?**

It’s extremely easy to use, and the pricing is competitive with other companies offering similar products. The support is amazing—whenever we have a question or need to change something, we can chat with support and the issue is resolved in minutes. I highly recommend Streams to any small or medium-sized business.

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

Sometimes the admin portal can be difficult to navigate. That said, if you reach out to support via chat, they’ll either fix the issue for you or, if you prefer, walk you through how to make the change yourself.

**What problems is Streams.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The auto attendant feature has been extremely beneficial for our small office. It lets callers route their calls directly to the appropriate department, without requiring additional front office support.

**What do you like best about Streams.AI?**

it's been easy to use. Uptime has been amazing. Feature rich and they have delivered on everything they promised. I'm still in contact with our salesman after 9 years. I've tested other VOIP systems and all failed until we tried Streams. It's been as close to 100% as possible on everything.

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

I do get a bit frustrated with the admin portal when I need to make changes to an extension. I so seldom have to go into it that I forget  the process . Could be more intuitive.

Allows us to keep contact with our 2 remote shops as if they are in the next room. All of the options work well. Built in FAX, messaging, voice mail. all easy to use. Maintenance is non existent like our old phone system dreamed to be but failed.

Streams.AI has revolutionized patient care by enabling healthcare providers and staff to deliver exceptional service from anywhere. This cloud-based application supports a healthy work-life balance while maintaining the high standards of care patients and clients deserve.

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

At the moment, we use two extensions to manage VM traffic. However, if extension A deletes a VM, it still appears on extension B, which has occasionally led to staff duplicating their efforts. Additionally, whenever a message is forwarded to its designated extension, I’ve noticed that these messages remain stored in the old messages inbox. It would be helpful if they were automatically removed from the original inbox once they are forwarded to the correct extension.

The flexibility to access it both in the office and remotely has made a significant positive difference in communication between staff and patients.

We recently transitioned to PanTerra’s cloud phone system, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional project management skills, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.

The deployment of hardware was smooth and well-organized. Every detail was handled with care, and their team consistently stayed one step ahead—solving problems before they became issues and making quick, effective adjustments when needed.

Streams is very useful app for connecting with coworkers and messaging them creating private groups. It helps with reading the message with is a unique feature found in very few apps.

There is nothing to dislike about streams. I would request to make texting more interesting by updating with latest emoji to create fun while texting. Other things are so good.

I would definitely recommend others to use this tool on daily basis for ease your job.

Sometimes if the messages from coworkers are in other language there are some pronounciation issues by the app. Which is normal if the language is not English but local language.

Easy to connect with coworkers on laptop or phone. It is easy to create groups and listen to messages through the system as well. I think it is better than other messaging services I have used in the past.

The comment feature is a little cumbersome in my opinion. It wott to me, but just not user friendly. I think as a whole the system works well, though. It would be nice to see the comments option as an easier tool to utilize.

It allows quick communication between staff no matter where we are, at the office or home. Yes, more productive since it is easier to connect with others. I think we are able to help customers faster with this tool.

I love the mobile app.  I move around alot and work remote and I can work from anywhere with their app.  I have had a great experience with no issues and have had great customer service.   As a technical expert, I especially like that they are very responsive to any questions I have had. As a new customer, I am still learning of all the features they provide and they are very helpful in explaing and demonstrating all that their app has to offer. I highly recommend!

Have been solving many business related problems using cloud business analytics to date.
The dashboards allows us to get correct data insights from our website.
We are able to know where website traffic is coming from,from there we can have an upper hand to solve this problem.

The dashboard gives the possibility to check the main reports - we connected the system with our external phone provider and internal system. The connection with the software works perfectly from our server.

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

The call list of unique calls and international calls makes no difference. The system can't detect when a callcenter calls or a mobile phone call comes in with abroad prefix and thinks that's a international call. So the summary is slightly wrong.

Analyze the internal processes and also the interaction with clients - like the phone management and controlling of the general incoming and outgoing calls. The smart dashboard and the graphic analytic data helps us to make smarter decisions.

The best thing about Panterra is that it can be a real one-stop-ship for the right user. It allows fully customizable analytics that can be shared on its internal network.

Unlike some simpler options, Panterra requires a more advanced hand to get all of the benefits it has to offer. I feel like I barely scratched the surface of what it was capable of.

If you have experience with building reporting, I would say go for it, especially if you can make use of Panterra in other ways.

What I like the best is that it is that in the cloud. Good interface and reversibility to be used partially as a hybrid. Use it to analyse a range of data and operations thorough out projects..

The part that i dislike is the setup process and learning the features. I can the same to other software applications. not knowing that the data is being comprised as expected and keeping the focus on the task on hand can be hard when organizing information.

we are targeting social interactions, analyzing rations and participation time management and working with business applications. KPIs and other enterprise based cloud tools to provide organization access to data and personnel internal and external policies.

The application is very user friendly and compliant to user needs. I am very fond of this application since it provides you multiple features which helps you to analyze cloud solutions and also helps your business management skills. Overall, I am happy with using this application and would like to recommend it to my friends for sure. We can speed up pur deployment process and it also provides us world class security.

Some of the features can be a bit irritating and difficult to explore and use. Also, the interface is not that great and some of the features are under development. It takes some time to explore the application

I speak highly about the application since I am able to solve numerous problems using this application. Previously, we were unable to present our findings/solutions in the form of chart or any presentable format. But now using cloud business analytics, we were able to achieve it.

I have solved many business problems till date. The data visualization tool present is awesome and gives a visual idea about the insights provided from the data. Also, the visual data/charts generated can be readily presented to the customers and stakeholders. We can also access this app in our android or mobile devices.

**What do you like best about Streams.AI?**

Smartbox especially the new cloud storage version software and it is one of the best tools for us to sharing documenting our knowledge-base. Smartbox does a good job as a tool for writing, organizing and viewing all kinds of documentation. It allows us to easily create documentation and share it among our various teams while controlling access to the teams. 

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

One thing that I don’t like about this particular software is that it doesn't allow me to make certain edits in my documents and also i cannot make changes with toolbar as well. Searching the documents is not very easy and it is sometimes difficult to find the right content when needed. If you have access to space and page settings, they seem often intuitive

Smartbox has become the storage place software for us to collect information, across our business. We use it document our processes and policies and our development teams use it on a daily basis to record the outcomes of discussions and to share knowledge.

Smartbox is the most powerful tool for storing large amount of data, documents and files. This software has great features that all its users, to get fast access of every type of documents. Our presentation, personal files,and important data always manage and stored and it is just because of the Smartbox software.

We used the Smartbox software, when we stored, share or manage our files and documents. And then we compared the Smartbox software any of its competitors, then we noticed that this software lack a lots of features such as it doesn’t have the ability to edit the documents and files.

This software provide the best customer support for its users and it provide a lot of space to store every kind of files and documents. We use Smartbox on a daily basis such as for records retention and file sharing.I would recommended them to anyone.

**What do you like best about Streams.AI?**

SmartBox allows users to upload all kinds of files of different documents or it's web pages. Box files are easy to upload to one software to another software. It has a great tool when collaborating with friends and colleagues through the web as all changes in a particular document are updated in real time and every body working on that project can track changes and updates. This has also us to create the the new system where data is not only securely stored but able to quick acted upon by geographically diverse group of staff.

The one of the most important problem in this software that is easy for downloading but sometime it create serious problems that we face is that it has very bad ability to download the documents and important information. It has more features so sometimes we can't easily understand all of its features. It provide the bad connection of internet service so we cannot upload the video and pictures. It create the error when we upload the video and pictures. But all of its functions are very easy and most of the people use this efficient software because it is very fast and powerful software.

Smartbox is one of the perfect software in market's. I use this software because it is very helpful for uploading and downloading. I spend most of my time for using this software because it is very accessible and also best for our business. I really like to use this software because it is best tool for file sharing and I can easily share all of our my important files and documents in a more efficient way.

**What do you like best about Streams.AI?**

The great benefit that this software provide us is that we can easily save all of our documents, files, data to our friends and colleagues at anytime and anywhere. The most important thing about this software is that it also provide the unlimited storage space options and that will allow you to backup all important files in the Smartbox and the data is secure in a more efficient way. We can easily access the information from this software and edit the same documents. 

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

The first obvious difficulty that we faced while using this software is that it does not easy to edit the documents sometimes it is a little bit difficult for us to use it. The another problem that we faced is that runs completely from the internet, which can cause some issues with the availability to access our files but it also provides a way to save all of our work in a more efficient way.

I always use this software to easily access the information and I can also edit the same documents in a more efficient way. The functions and features are very easy and also easy to use. This software provide the great opportunity to manage the different files and documents in a more efficient way.

**What do you like best about Streams.AI?**

The one of the best thing in this software that is i am able to share files and folders with ease. It is very stable to cloud platform in my opinion. Some of the partnership are better by far then the others. The smartbox drive sync clients works very well. I have seamless across to my files on all of my device. The security structure is great and very flexible. You can create various structure for all sorts of use cases. SmartBox notes has been amazing well and we use the other software as a time.

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

The inability to share individual documents to non registered users for editing. If you compare smartbox with its biggest competitors like dropbox that you will see a huge difference regarding user experience. Its very confusing and the biggest weakness of box will be the user experience. This software is not so intuitive when I use it in my day to day work. But the smartbox is very powerful and useful software for our business.

I mostly use this software because it is a new product and easily available in market's. The functions and features are very easy and also easy to use. so I just like to use this software because it is very reliable and also flexible tool in market's. SmartBox is a straightforward platform with almost all functionality that is needed in a cloud sharing solution.

The one downside I noticed in my use was that it lacked an easy way to determine when a file was last edited or uploaded.

SmartBox has streamlined our team's processing and sharing of documents and data that were otherwise sent via email.

I like that files are easy to upload, and access, especially when we are on the go.

Sometimes using smartbox can be redundant due to the fact that we store documents in several different programs, as well.

We are using smartbox as part of the new paperless process that we've implemented. It saves us money by storing pdfs rather than having to print.

The more you store the less you pay is always a good deal, but some surprise box should be there for minimum storage as well.

Easy to setup. The administration of it is pretty straight forward as well. Hard phones and soft phones can be used as well.

It seems like the software is still in progress adding new features and basic requirements. So far so good though.

As for integrating with Salesforce, I totally see it working very well with it. Streams itself it's pretty easy to use. Chatting and logs available all the time.

To integrate one single phone system that integrates well with our cloud platform Salesforce.

It’s very difficult to get use to the UI at first. I wish their help center had more video walkthroughs

There isn't a whole lot that I like at all. I like that I'm able to still select the old interface when I log in. Nothing else really.

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

It's hard to use. Settings are confusing, sometimes nothing happens when you configure them (no changes occur after saving). I don't always see/hear/notice my messages when someone is sending me messages. The app is extremely old as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Streams.AI:**

There are better options!

**What problems is Streams.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess the only reason we still use it is the operator switch board. We're able to see if someone is available or not, and then send those calls to and fro.

We came out of a Microsoft Lync system, which was unstable at best.  Moving to this eliminated all of our dropped calls or garbled 

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

Lack of integration with Skype, could be more well developed for softphone.

Increase ability to integrate with Office 365 Skype for Business.

Stable calling ability that we can depend on.  While it would be nice to have the seamless integration provided from the Microsoft world, this brings a stability and flexibility that is not present with Microsoft.

The platform is well designed and easy to navigate.  The features are pretty comprehensive, and work well.
No lag time - everything is instant!

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

Doesn't (yet) interface with our ATS (iCIMS), or texting management vendors.

**Recommendations to others considering Streams.AI:**

If you don't want to deal with overseas support, and are concerned about security and HIPA-level compliance, then this is a great product at a reasonable price.

Corroboration on projects with team members across the country.  On-demand, immediate decision processes.  This is like everyone is in the same room together!

Great quality, great features and an amazing customer service.

The cost of shipping/delivery wasn’t mentioned in the original invoice. I just felt that they should’ve told me earlier. 

**Recommendations to others considering Streams.AI:**

Well, the interface is not great you have to get used to it. Once you do that, it is very easy to use. All of it is web browser based, it is seamless. 

**What problems is Streams.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not going to pretend to be an expert here. Panterra is my first ever VOIP service provider but I got to say I have absolutely LOVED their service. I have been their customer for a little over two months. I haven’t had any downtime as yet. The features work exceptionally well. What amazes me most is their customer services. Ever since the installation, they have been emailing me, following up and asking me if I am having any troubles, they have tried to upsell me a few times. The thing I like most is that they value their clients. Errors and glitches are a part of life, everyone secretly accepts that. But it is the customer services and dealings from the company that ensure long-term relationships. It is delightfully refreshing to be in business with a company that values my company.

We use Panterra communications as our primary and go-to software at Gloria9 Technologies. About Cloud Business I like information displayed, the accuracy of analysis, its relevance. Overall the Panterra's products are easy to use and mobile friendly.

Honestly speaking, we don't like their mobile app, we don't use their mobile app a lot. The mobile app looks too clustered.

Their products are completely 100% browser based, that helps me keep everything in place.

I like the product as a whole. It has decent features, it is easy to learn and master. 

**What do you dislike about Streams.AI?**

The video call quality is average. I'd like it to be better. 

**Recommendations to others considering Streams.AI:**

SmartBox is a good solution that works for our telecom business. Since I am a user for around 1.5 years, I would recommend it to other - go for it. However, I want to add a disclaimer here: that study their website and call their sales before you order their service. It works for us, it may not work for you. 

**What problems is Streams.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using a VoIP for business has enabled us to communicate in a more professional and secure way. Skype and other IM tools don't give you that. Using Panterra's smartbox or any other VoIP service benefits any business greatly. Your communications are aligned, they are secure, it is all professional. I don't think I can pinpoint to a figure or number of problems that have been solved by using Smartbox. I can only say that overall it is a good tool and works for us.
