"Reliable, Feature-Rich VOIP with Stellar Uptime—Admin Portal Could Be More Intuitive"
What do you like best about Streams.AI?

it's been easy to use. Uptime has been amazing. Feature rich and they have delivered on everything they promised. I'm still in contact with our salesman after 9 years. I've tested other VOIP systems and all failed until we tried Streams. It's been as close to 100% as possible on everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streams.AI?

I do get a bit frustrated with the admin portal when I need to make changes to an extension. I so seldom have to go into it that I forget the process . Could be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streams.AI?

What do you dislike about Streams.AI?

At the moment, we use two extensions to manage VM traffic. However, if extension A deletes a VM, it still appears on extension B, which has occasionally led to staff duplicating their efforts. Additionally, whenever a message is forwarded to its designated extension, I’ve noticed that these messages remain stored in the old messages inbox. It would be helpful if they were automatically removed from the original inbox once they are forwarded to the correct extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streams.AI?

We recently transitioned to PanTerra’s cloud phone system, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional project management skills, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.

The deployment of hardware was smooth and well-organized. Every detail was handled with care, and their team consistently stayed one step ahead—solving problems before they became issues and making quick, effective adjustments when needed.

PanTerra's ability to think on their feet and adapt to our environment was a standout. In my 25 years in IT, this was easily one of the smoothest go-lives I’ve ever been a part of. The transition was virtually seamless for our staff and users.

What do you like best about Streams.AI?

Streams is very useful app for connecting with coworkers and messaging them creating private groups. It helps with reading the message with is a unique feature found in very few apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to connect with coworkers on laptop or phone. It is easy to create groups and listen to messages through the system as well. I think it is better than other messaging services I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The comment feature is a little cumbersome in my opinion. It wott to me, but just not user friendly. I think as a whole the system works well, though. It would be nice to see the comments option as an easier tool to utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streams.AI?

I love the mobile app. I move around alot and work remote and I can work from anywhere with their app. I have had a great experience with no issues and have had great customer service. As a technical expert, I especially like that they are very responsive to any questions I have had. As a new customer, I am still learning of all the features they provide and they are very helpful in explaing and demonstrating all that their app has to offer. I highly recommend! What do you like best about Streams.AI?

The dashboard gives the possibility to check the main reports - we connected the system with our external phone provider and internal system. The connection with the software works perfectly from our server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streams.AI?

The call list of unique calls and international calls makes no difference. The system can't detect when a callcenter calls or a mobile phone call comes in with abroad prefix and thinks that's a international call. So the summary is slightly wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
