**What do you like best about SpeechIQ?**

There are many ways to filter the calls and you can customize the score cards to fit your needs, and you can send the score cards to those being graded

**What do you dislike about SpeechIQ?**

Its not connected to other software so I still have to bring up other programs.

**Recommendations to others considering SpeechIQ:**

There are many filter options when searching for calls which is great if trying to find a specific call. There are a lot of useful features for scoring CSR's and you are able to send the review to employees.
