Efficient Call Management with Room for Growth
I like how easy it is to manage calls on the Maqsam platform because it is easy to use and saves time. It allows the team to handle CST calls efficiently from one platform. I appreciate that Maqsam works very well for managing calls and reporting. Transitioning to Maqsam allowed us more flexibility and was easier to manage. Since it's a cloud-based platform, we didn't need to install any hardware, and most configuration could be done directly and smoothly.

Easy to Use, Powerful Call Flows, and Impressively Responsive Support
I really like how easy Maqsam is to use. It's a simple and straightforward platform. Their support team is impressive too—whenever we have an issue, they're quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the option for a call and screen-sharing session with an agent when needed. I think the ability to build our own call flow for customer experience is a great feature, and the easy reporting is another aspect I like. The onboarding process was also smooth thanks to their helpfulness.
