I appreciate Maqsam for its simplified reporting and automation. It has just enough features that we require, avoiding the countless unnecessary features of other providers. I'm really impressed with the customer support, especially from Tasneem, who was very understanding and never pressured us into making a decision. Her follow-ups and the way she handled our business requests were crucial to our decision to switch to Maqsam. Even when we only inquired for five licenses, she treated us with the utmost patience and care, not making us feel left out like other companies often do with small businesses. After signing up, the support remained top-notch, with Tasneem addressing configuration issues promptly and involving a technician, Qais Suliman, who was equally supportive and patient.
