I like that Maqsam is great for making international calls easily without the hassle of selecting country codes. The call quality is smooth and properly audible, and the app's configuration makes dialing straightforward. I also appreciate Maqsam’s recording feature that allows me to listen to calls I've missed. The setup is super easy, just requiring a login and microphone access. The transcript feature is fantastic for reading through calls, and it integrates well with Joe CRM and Freshdesk, which adds more value. Overall, I very rarely face issues with it.
